The wise balances virtue with vice. For example to get results in dating and seduction, honestly you
have to develop some vices. You have to be ruthlessly pragmatic, no empathy for other, objectifying women and treating them as numbers. You have to be narcisstic, egocentric and selfish. These are the character traits you need to have to succeed in dating. Virtue doesn't pay when it comes to results in terms of getting the sexual partners you desire. You cannot be successful with women if you're too honest and transparent, you have to be a lying manipulative person to do that. This makes you appreciate why vice exist. The idea that virtue is going to get you money, sex or power, is false. You get those things through ruthless pragmatism, egocentrism, narcissism and manipulation. That's why animals behave the way they behave. And of course humans are animals. That's why
psychopaths often have very prestigious positions in society, because psychopathy is a character trait that gets rewarded in the material world.
