Definitive Guide to Lucid dreaming. My method.

This will 100% work 100% of the time. You will be entering dream after another. 

 

 

1. Wake up and grab a glass of water. Drink the glass of water. Urinate. Remove all clothing and go back to bed naked.

2. Lie in bed and think about having a sexual experience with another person(aleister crowley's - erectocomatose-Lucidity) for as long as possible(this may be of the same type of situation in manu different ways or just the same way)until mental fatigue comes.

--> Personally, I imagine myself creating an adult film company and then helping a woman in need from the porn industry because she has no where to stay. She comes to my big house and feels scared. I allow her to sleep in my very large bed and refuse to have any sexual relations with her. Her as well as other women have done the same thing and I imagine them going online and having interviews with people. In these interviews they are asked questions about me. The say how aside from the music I may make that I am such a  sweet and soft-hearted person. 

 

--> Another situation is I'll imagine a woman sexually abusing me. Slapping me and telling me to worship her vagina and to pray to it, and tell me how I'm lucky she doesn't make me  all it buddha. 

 

--> these situations produce strong emotions.

 

2.1 Now perform shuddi and detach from all thoughts until no thought arises. An erection should occur or you should get wet(females). 

3. Twist, turn, rotate, Wiggle and move around in bed until all movement comes to a halt on its own accordance. Stay completely relaxed. Do not force the sudden stillness. You may lie on your back or your side when this state comes about.

4. Forget the knowing of the body and breath. This is also done in kriya yoga. 

5. Start to perform light kasina on the backs of the eye-lids. Mental formations will gain clarity and will solidify 

6. Recognize you are in a dream. Wait! Don't try to do any sudden movements. Focus on being immersed in the dream when you initially enter it. Why? Because your perception of your physical form is still slightly there. Thinking about the physical body will bring you back to it and wake you up. So, just let the dream get more and more solid. Until the sensation of touch resemble the same sensation you have in baseline waking reality.

-->ennimo nemmis and j.c Steven's works may help with some of the kriya techniques mentioned(shuddi). The vissudhimagga and vimmuttimagga will aid in understanding how to do the kasina technique.

--> The more you do this you will start to experience 'false awakenkngs'.

-->I have wasted countless hours chasing free sex during these dreams. It wastes time and women act like how they would in baseline reality. When you stay in the same dream for a long period it functions more like normal reality. And to imagine something is like doing a dumbbell curll with a 200-400lbs dumbbell.  

--> After getting a blowjob the way I like it I then tend to get serious and start to do profound consciousness work. I mainly ask for ways to re-enter this state of consciousness so I'm able to repeat the experience. After I do that I then start to do sadhanas inside the dream itself. I'll even force myself to read books I've read inside the dream or hallucinate an exam and take the exam.
