Astral travel/decorporation and sensation in the back of the neck?

[Schizophonia]

Sometimes, especially in the evening or in the middle of the night, if I completely relax my neck muscularly while concentrating in a certain way that is still unclear, I start to feel a kind of "breath" that is quite strong in the back of my neck. and the back of the skull (towards the end of the spinal cord).
 

Several times as I let myself go, I felt myself suddenly slipping “elsewhere”. Most of the time I resist out of fear, but once I slipped for about ten seconds into a fairly hostile and monochrome world. Another time it was similar to a very lucid dream in an alternate version of my bedroom, again “darker”.

Could this be decorporation?
 

I still don’t have anymore access to a computer so to break the time i’m interesting to the gateway tapes rabbit hole so it in the right moment ahah
