If anyone has been to this retreat please inform everyone. From my personal experience, this was the first silent retreat I have been too, and I plan to attend other retreats. At Gaia House, in particular there is a introduction to walking meditation, sitting meditation and work meditation. From my experience, it takes a gentle approach to introducing meditation for beginners.
