  1. It can be explained in a much more simpler way than this. Read my edit on the previous post.
  2. @ajasatya Well then, you can have your biases, and I can have mine. Why are you even arguing with me?
  3. Nope. That's only your definition/worldview. Delusion doesn't exist unless you create it, and you did. "Delusion" is meant to be a pointer, it's not an actual thing.
  4. @ajasatya Yes, in theory. But look at the numbers.
  5. I am. What are you going to do about it?
  6. @OmniYoga Well then, either dismiss that pointer or try to understand what it is pointing to. Giving me this feedback won't do you any good.
  7. Yes, and that's because those are the ones who are serious seekers. In fact, seriously seeking is the core delusion that Zen doesn't seem to transcend. Out of 100 serious seekers, how many of them would have become enlightened through Zen? I didn't want to say this at first, but you kept defending Zen like it's part of your identity. That's one example for how it sucks at killing the ego. It's about both the method and the seeker. I wouldn't dismiss one or the other.
  8. Solid point. Numbers are solid as well. How many people do get enlightened through traditional Zen per year? I would guess not so many.
  9. @zeroISinfinity Your/our path is not for everyone. She found God through another path and that's fine. @Angelite The path you're representing does not resonate with most of the people here. Just so you know.
  10. @Aggelos Doulgerakis That's awesome! How about applying shadow work for your suspicion here? What does this tell you about yourself? Might be perfectionism, might be insecurity, might be clinging to maps and ignoring reality.
  11. I think Zen is not fully efficient for killing the ego. Without enormous suffering, most practitioners will stay stuck at the level of the mind.
  12. @TheSomeBody I strongly recommend going on a solo retreat(s). It can be at home or anywhere else. It's so much worth it, it will advance your growth by orders of magnitude.
  13. @Aggelos Doulgerakis Having suppressed tendencies is not necessarily the case. Are you getting positive results from uncovering your shadow?
  14. I'm not enlightened, but I would trade everything for the blissful state I'm in right now. I would trade everything for bliss even if I had all the money, food, sex, fame, friends, cars, yachts, properties, etc... in the world.
  15. @TheSomeBody Well, in this case, I would consider focusing on practicing spirituality and listening to Leo's videos. Or, you can become a librarian and spend more time between books.
  16. @TheSomeBody Definitely, if it doesn't affect your ability to study. At the very least, it's way better than playing video games. But of course, it depends on the job itself. Some jobs might suit you better than others at a certain point, and at an other certain point, some other jobs might suit you better. So, you gotta be wise with your decision. Choose a job related to an area that you're an intermediate level at, and develop your skills to mastery as you're working. Obviously don't choose something you suck at, cuz you probably won't even get hired. And finally, this is just my advice/opinion. You know better. Good luck!
  17. Meditation with a pure heart and pure intentions.
  18. @Zigzag Idiot Dude! I have no idea what you're talking about. Seriously, I don't recall you talking in a blunt or rude manner or anything like that, not recently and not ever. .. I'm limiting my online time. Internet is the enemy of concentration. I'm also activating the "notes" mode, it provides the guidance needed for me throughout the day for how I should move according to my plans. That is the ultimate solution for my unwanted habits, I guess. One interesting, or rather annoying, thing is that after I wake up every morning, I tend forget what I planned to do in the previous day. All the motivation goes away like it never was, like starting again from ground-zero. Perhaps I don't fall asleep, but rather I free fall asleep, meh. Anyway, I think keeping notes at reach will help me resolve this issue. Let's see.
  19. @Ibn Sina You want to understand Omniscience? It's as simple as that you don't know until you know. That "Aha!" when an insight is revealed to you, is you moving to the next level. Right now, you're omniscient. Yet, there's more to know, so there, as you learn, you get to a higher level of omniscience.
  20. @Nahm That's beautiful! I needed it. Thank you! ❤️
  21. @Ibn Sina Still no. Omniscience is total, not partial. It's possible to know the lottery numbers.
