Following. I'm much better now- after a concussion I started expericing brain overstimulation. Lions Mane, Psilocybin, Piracetam and HBOT just to name a few work great. A couple of years back I saw a Youtube video of someone mentioning a specific supplement or nootropic for brain over stimulation and that it worked wonders. I didn't write it down. Open to suggestions here.

The thing about Trump is his stance on environmental issues. When it comes to the most pressing priorities—protecting our planet, preserving biodiversity, and ensuring a sustainable future—he falls short. The evidence is clear that the Earth’s well-being, along with saving endangered species and ecosystems, is crucial for our collective survival. Yet, his actions and policies largely sideline these issues. In my view, any leader’s approach to governance should start with a commitment to protecting our natural world. Without a healthy environment, we compromise everything else. Would love to hear your perspectives on this—what do you think is missing in his approach to environmental stewardship? -
what's the difference with that and acting on your intuition, following your highest excitement moment to moment? That's what it sounds like you're describing, to me.

I scored turquoise but I'm not actually base turquoise. As someone else has recently pointed out in this forum I may tend to a lot of new age ideas (The Power of Now, Eckhart Tolle, Non-dual awakening,...) but that doesn’t make me turquoise. Here’s a snippet of what I posted here a couple of weeks ago of what turqoise is using ChatGpt. This test doesn't resonate with me in many aspects. “Turquoise represents a holistic, global consciousness that views the world as an interconnected, living system. It integrates the cognitive complexity of Yellow with a deep spiritual awareness of the interconnectedness of all life. Individuals at Turquoise perceive reality as a unified whole, where mind, body, spirit, and the environment are intertwined, moving beyond just personal mystical experiences into a collective, planetary consciousness.”’ (https://www.actualized.org/forum/topic/104434-why-turquoise-is-baloney/?page=5#comment-1533140) P.S: I'm noticing everyone so far scores higher in red than blue. -
if Daniel Schmachtenberger isn't that then I don't know who is.

Turquoise represents a holistic, global consciousness that views the world as an interconnected, living system. It integrates the cognitive complexity of Yellow with a deep spiritual awareness of the interconnectedness of all life. Individuals at Turquoise perceive reality as a unified whole, where mind, body, spirit, and the environment are intertwined, moving beyond just personal mystical experiences into a collective, planetary consciousness. Practical examples of Turquoise thinking and behavior: Global Movements: Leaders and participants in global movements like climate action, where they approach solutions holistically, considering not just environmental impacts but the interconnected effects on economies, societies, and cultures. They prioritize the planet’s well-being over individual or national interests. Holistic Health Approaches: A person who advocates for healthcare systems that integrate physical, mental, and spiritual health, emphasizing how these elements interact rather than treating symptoms in isolation. Sustainable Business Models: Entrepreneurs who create businesses that are not just profit-driven but designed to balance environmental sustainability, employee well-being, and community impact, recognizing how all these systems support each other. Collective Decision-Making: In organizations or communities, someone at Turquoise would encourage group decision-making processes that prioritize collective wisdom, inclusivity, and the long-term well-being of everyone involved rather than individual power or immediate gain. Spiritual Environmentalism: People who view environmental preservation not just as a scientific or political issue but as a spiritual duty—understanding that the planet and all living beings are part of a larger, sacred whole. Integration of Technology: Someone at Turquoise may use technology not for domination or manipulation, but as a tool for amplifying human potential and planetary well-being. Think of innovators using AI, renewable energy, or blockchain systems to create decentralized, sustainable solutions for global challenges—always balancing innovation with ethical and spiritual awareness. First-Person Perspective of Someone Living in Turquoise: “I experience the world as a living organism, with each part intricately connected. When I wake up in the morning, I feel the pulse of the planet, as if I’m a part of it—every breath I take feels like I’m breathing with the earth. My decisions don’t stem from ego or personal desires; they flow naturally from a deep sense of responsibility to the whole. I see technology as a way to uplift humanity and the planet. Whether it's developing sustainable energy systems or using digital platforms to connect and educate people globally, I use these tools with an awareness of their impact on the collective and future generations. I don’t separate spirituality from science or innovation; they are simply different expressions of the same unified reality. I no longer view challenges as problems to solve in a linear way, but rather as patterns to observe and harmonize with. When I encounter a conflict, I don’t rush to control or fix it. Instead, I listen deeply—to the people, the environment, and the unseen forces at play. Solutions emerge naturally when I’m in sync with the whole system. Emotionally, I feel a profound peace and contentment, even when I’m facing uncertainty or the unknown. There is a deep trust that everything has its place in the grand web of life, and I don’t need to know every answer to feel secure. I feel a continuous sense of awe and wonder—whether it’s in nature, human relationships, or the mysteries of existence itself. Life is sacred, interconnected, and endlessly rich.”

Attracting women isn’t hard. I’m not talking about learning pickup or playing games, but just naturally. Here’s the real question though: does having sexual abundance make a man happy? It can, but ultimately it’s just another paradigm—another surface level thing. True fulfillment comes from the inner work. When you've done the real, deep work on yourself, happiness flows from within, no matter what your external situation looks like. So, what difference does it make if you have sexual abundance or not? In the end, it’s not the abundance that matters—it's the foundation you build within.

Question 1: Are Monster energy drinks really that bad for you? They give me energy, focus, and the drive to work on my purpose. If it's the only thing that works for you, would you still drink it? Coffee doesn’t work for me, and I’m in a country where healthier options aren't available. Please share your thoughts on this! Question 2: Do you ever completely fall off the healthy eating wagon? I’m talking about going from eating everything organic and gluten-free to suddenly indulging in junk food like Chips Ahoy and pasteurized cow's milk. I watched one of Leo’s earlier videos on becoming a highly actualized person, and one of the first things he mentioned was cutting out all addictions, including "smaller addictions", such as food—like, immediately. I don’t know, but food addiction is one of my struggles, especially with sugar, and it’s not easy to quit. I’m very aware of my unhealthy eating habits (Eckhart Tolle says being aware is enough to start dissipating the behavior), but I’m curious—what are your thoughts on breaking these habits? Not to mention how these low-quality foods can seriously lower your "vibe." @Leo Gura: I would love if you could please share your thoughts on this.

It seems years ago I was intellectually Yellow—constantly reading books, watching podcasts, and seeing infinite possibilities in every scenario. But after reading Osho’s *Book of Secrets*, I took to heart the idea that everything is inside of you. Since then, until recently, I hadn’t picked up a full book. I just didn’t resonate with intellectual material anymore. It felt unimportant in the grand scheme of things. Lately, I’ve been reading and watching podcasts again, though. Instead of intellectualizing, I started going inward for answers. This led to experiences of oneness and non-duality— aspects of Turquoise? It’s been quite a journey. Look at Wim Hof. He seems like someone who’s not bothered with intellectualizing much. I’m seeking some clarity on this shift. Thanks!

I agree.

Maybe a little bit better, but red bulls get a bad wrap too. There’s something to be said about the energy behind mass produced items in general. And probably less than ideal ingredients.

Same What’s Leo's advice on how to cut cravings?
-
@UnbornTao i don't drink either or.

Thanks for the thoughtful response. Eating healthy comes naturally to me, it's just that after a while I want to indulge sometimes! And I might go overboard like yesterday! So what’s the solution?
-
I’m not sure, maybe? I’d have to think about it some more and get back to you. When I watched Leo’s turquoise video years ago it really resonated with me, I’m talking goosebumps and thinking it resonated more than any of the other levels, even yellow. I intentionally since years ago made the decision to not try and learn too much about SD. Consciousness>SD. I even read the top recommended book on it, although it didn’t resonate much.

Carl, I’ve got to share something amazing with you. Yesterday, I responded to an important email, and out of curiosity, I had ChatGPT transform my reply into a Coral level message—just to see what it would feel like. Wow. It hit me like nothing else has in my life. Reading it, I felt like it was truly me, but without all the layers of social conditioning and fears that usually hold me back. It was like I was looking at the version of the real me, that's so close—the way I actually want to talk and show up in the world. And the craziest part? I went to bed after reading it, and when I woke up this morning, I genuinely felt like a different person. Something clicked inside me. I can’t quite put it into words, but I know that this is a shift. I feel more aligned, more me, than I have in a long time.

i just watched a video about coral/indigo (stage above turquoise) and it sounds like what I described about turquoise in my original post. Transcending the ego, there's very little of the I, feeling instead of thought. And the 'clear light'/super mind stage, 3 levels above coral! Is the non-dual state.

What's the latest on this? Can someone please give a tldr

I know, I try!!

I hear you- it’s not as straightforward as it sounds, especially when it comes to addiction. When the mind has its grips on you and is craving those Chips Ahoy with milk, it’s tough to just switch to fruit juice. How do you reconcile that struggle? I’m really seeking advice on navigating this.

@Leo Gura replace what with a fresh juice?
