A big part of the sage journey must be experiential, and the Wim Hof method seems like a great way for people to get some deep experience controlling their bodies (similar to vipassana) It's a good bridge between mindfulness practice, and getting a deeper understanding of what it means to be a human by learning the boundaries of mortality.
  2. Yes that's a good one. In the meanwhile I'd recommend watching the Dalai Lama at work, interacting with people. He is always very joyful and funny. It's good to see actual life and humor vs always talking about concepts. See how he lives it and see what insights you get
