  2. I can't comprehend how someone could feel antisocial when not using Facebook. The so called social media is the most antisocial thing I can think of. Instead of sending short instant messages containing funny cat pictures and various acronyms how you are 'laughing out loud' with some acquintances, have an actual conversation or exchange emails with your actual friends. Facebook is really simple to get rid of: deactive your account, learn some self control and find something better to do. It might not be easy, but it's simple. I used to waste countless hours playing video games (we're talking ten to fifteen hours a day) and I was able to stop doing that in an instant.
