  1. Well It does make a dramatic difference doesn’t it?

?? Only this is not a method. It’s an ending of all such methods, techniques, systems. The ending of the center moving in any particular direction of thought. When the movement of the self ceases to become. When all such time ends. When all focus ceases. With the cessation of desire, choice, and all such movements of psychological time come to an end. In the pursuit of learning, every day something is acquired. In the pursuit of Tao, every day something is dropped. Laozi
  3. Not true. Some people rely on others, some don’t. Depends of the degree in which one is able to look to themselves to solve problems.
  4. Hello my friend ?? Hope the day has been swell ?I agree. But there is only actual meditation with the cessation of time. To me it’s the wanting to calm the mind down to realize “reality” that prevents that very happening from being realized. I understand. But the way I see it, it’s the “focus and intention” that prevents union with what is. To be choicless. The movement of time is the barrier to what is. This is how I see it from my non experiencing ? ??
  5. ?But first there is contentment with discontentment not escaping discontentment is key ?
  6. Not a technique at all. Yeah as long as it is choicless it qualifies as do nothing. Which implies no movement of thought what so ever. No motive/will/effort. The question is how do you know if those movements are not taking place.
  7. Seeing that there is no division at all.
  8. I have within the last few months explored little on these sharings and they are very similar to my “experiencig and non experiencing” These sharings can be seen actually in ones self as well. Great video clip to share
  9. @Viking u notice that you know you need to let go but every movement you move towards implies not letting go? Stay with that seeing. Watch how every movement is influenced by thought/desire. When you ask how to or how do I it is the same desire loop repeating itself. It’s thought trying to apply itself to end thought. Which creates this ⭕️ Effect. Stay with it friend. See that pattern trying to repeat itself. And remeber that any movement you take to stop, prevent, change it is another movement of thought/desire. Your doing quite well seeing what is actually happening?
  10. @Charlotte I see it as very important to learn about the nature of thought if you want to self inquire. Since when you are self inquiring thought is utilized. Otherwise the inquiry will not run straight, coherent.
  11. The questions is there an easier way to end time? Could time end for you perhaps today??
  12. He’s on to something. Might want to look into what he is saying
  13. @cirkussmile ?? Time is beautiful to. Art of living is all about the harmony between time/timeless right.
  14. @cirkussmile thanks for the reply Thats very interesting. To employ time and a means to end time. For me This timelessness comes to be with the cessation of all movements of thought which opens a window for the immeasurable “unnameable is” to flow in. Very interesting though man. I appreciate your sharing??
  15. You mean just quiet it temporarily right?
  16. They employ mind to end the movement of mind?
  17. Example when I use to train a lot in martial arts I applied focused concentration. I also used concentration/meditation before and after training. In this there is i employ the concentrater and the concentrated. Take advantage of the dualistic mind. Using the ego as a tool.
  18. Why does one want to apply a concentration practice? To cultivate a skill right?
