If one seeks psychological security by means through thought that is like a placebo effect. This is a rather common pattern/movement of the self/seeker. To seek psychological security in any way is only temporary and only leads to psychological insecurity. Belief in organized religion is a great example. Any movement of escape away from fear would qualify. -

The “ me/you “ is an expression of the world and the world is a reflection of the “ you/me “ That’s where all the self centeredness, confusion, contradiction, and conflict arises. Division/fragmentation. We do not see that the world mirrors the inner “me/you” We seperate ‘oursleves’ from the world. And in division always follows contradiction/conflict. -

Yeah it has nothing got do with “enlightenment” but more about seeing and understanding ones own conditioned field of consciousness. In that one sees that there is an art of living/life. ART BEING PUTING “THINGS” THERE RIGHT PLACE -

When one sees the whole of ⭕️, and what it implies You don’t touch it any longer. That pattern in and as movement is negated all together. -

@moon777light Liberation is the end of seeking. No longer any 1 to 2 movement. But is more of a 1 to 1 to 1 movement. Hehe Liberation is when all movements of psychological time cease and this will not come about by the assistance of any organization. Although some may walk that path in an attempt to attain it. Eventaully we may see that time “walking a path” is a never ending route that always acts as a revolving door so to speak. Time will tend to lead one in circles. This is how I symbolize it ⭕️ -

Oh hehe Well I was attempting to communicate free of perspective which is difficult because thought “communication” is a movement of perspective. I do not mean to express myself in a sarcastic way or reprimand although I feel this seems the case sometimes in my communication. I’m fairly new to communication so I can see my writing coming acrossed as so. I’m working on it. By yes I am no a beat around the bush type. what I wrote above on love-beauty-truth-nothingness.... does that resonate with you? -

@Preetom I’m not familiar with this word roasting. What does that imply? -

You said to be simple Thought is the response of knowledge and experience, from memory. -

Not being sarcastic man. I think your topics are important to be discussed.? -
Faceless replied to tsuki's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Sure mr @tsuki?? When I inquire into it I see that thought is an immediate response of the senses to a sensation, or it is psychological, the response of memory. There is the immediate response of the nerves to a sensation, and there is the psychological response of memory. The center “i” manifestation of thought attributes to itself being independent of thought “fragmentation” and identifies with thought to formulate an experience. That’s where this separation comes in between thought and the thinker. On a very simple and obvious level that most can observe in themselves thought is the response of knowledge and past experience responding from memory. Without memory “recognition” there can be no thought. I would say thought is psychological/neurological. A material process. This is something that can be observed in ones self. This is how I would explain thought on a basic level though. Our very mechanism to answer that is limited by its very limit? -

True self doesn’t need development. only the ego/self seeks that. Only the ego/self seeks wellbeing psychologically. Seeking security Psychologically, there can not be love. Beauty is love, and love is nothingness “true self” as some people like to call it. Love/beauty are not perspectives at all. Success and meaning are movements of the the ego. Manifestations of measure. Love and beauty are immeasurable. Love/beauty are when measure ceases. Love is truth Yeah you can’t touch truth as truth is only when the little self/ego you is not? It has no opposite. Opposites only exist in mind. Truth is the underlying substance of all things. Love is when “want” is not? Thought can never touch LOVE love is truth and truth is not when thought is in movement. Nice topics @MarkusSweden? -

That makes two of us then. Im not smart either. Hehe Thats my point Time must end to see what is being explained. Never the less the “do nothing” non method is essential. I just think that understanding the movement of time/thought must understood to navigate through and identify movements of time. That way there is a fully a “doing nothing” taking place. Im with you my friend. And thank you for discussing. I appreciate it?? -
Faceless replied to Emne's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
This is why understanding the conditioned mind is a necessity and absolutely fundamental. -

Until time “the doer” ends actually you are not beyond the dream. You are the dream telling itself that you are not the dream. This is how the subtle non proprioceptive nature of thought functions....It will attribute to itself an independent existence. This is the center “the self” created by thought, attributing to itself as being separate from the movement of thought. Do you see what Im getting at. That is a movement of thought. A doing. That is a movement of the doer through “the knower/knowledge” and volition/will This is doing something/action on the part of the center. This is very tricky. But once this is seen in its totality only then has time ceased and therefore non doing/non action. -

Hehe I understand. Do you know what I mean by the deeper movement of “doing” ?? Just want to make sure we are on the same page Why do people get involved with “do nothing method” ?? -
Faceless replied to Emne's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Ah but it does. If ‘you’ are “doing something” that means your not actully doing nothing. Haha The question is is one aware of all movement of thought. The doing goes much deeper than the above. Do you see that? -

Correct. To try and understand non duality “teaching” has no meaning. This is why I don’t recommend any accumulation of of nondual teachings. To accumulate such knowledge is a movement of the center which inevitably seeks permanence and is always a movement of self sustainment and fragmentation. When thought ceases to attribute to itself it’s mechanical movement “conditioning/effort” then that is an ending of the movement of time/self/ and the content/responses of ones consciousness So we are not trying to gain/add a nondul understanding but rather end the dualistic/thought/center which is the self. I never accumulated any non dual teachings nor was there a movement of effort/time. In this time dissolved and what remained was the timeless “nothing” Non experiencing is “what is” You can’t do anything to achieve truth/nothingness. All you can do is deal with things ‘res’ , the dualistic mind. To empty/end that the other is uncovered and becomes realized. A total perception “Unbound by conditioning and therefore whole” distilles the essence of every movement the center takes. Therfore all movements of self which includes fragmentation/psychological time/thought/efforts end. All that remains is nothingness/what is. It’s always there, it is just covered up by the conditioned mind. You “the center created by thought” is the barrier. Don’t add “accumulate” to the barrier deconstruct the barrier. Consciousness empty of its conditioned movement sees with clarity. -

If one is true to one's inner self, and follows its wisdom, who is without a teacher? Zhuangzi -

@Dodo how do we know we are not doing nothing? I agree do nothing is essential. Although if we are not able to identify a doing we may fail to actually be choicless. If you persist in trying to attain what is never attained (It is Tao's gift), if you persist in making effort to obtain what effort cannot get, if you persist in reasoning about what cannot be understood, you will be destroyed by the very thing you seek. To know when to stop, to know when you can get no further by your own action, this is the right beginning! Zhuangzi
