  3. @Nahm Thought carries out the communication. But the essence/perception is of no-thing The Essence is still not communicated but may be if the one being communicated to clears consciousness of its conditioned content. Then there is no-thing in it and there is room for perception to come to.
  4. Only that perception doesn’t come from thought/thinker. The essence of the perception has its root in no-thing. Then thought sees it and utilizes thought/communication to carry out that communication.

  10. @BjarkeT The placebo/nocebo effect applies here as well. The utilization of thought in the practical/functional realm and the psychological realm. To invite thought as means to solve psychological problems causes psychological/physical problems in the world. Classic fragmentatio?
  11. The point in this case is the placebo can go in two different directions , concentration meditation does make for better concentration of thought which may increase grey matter or what ever. But concentration meditation can also have negative effects if one is using that form of meditation to bring about psychological harmony. And when one is psychological unhealthy that to can cause perhaps a harful physical effect in brain and other areas of body. The point is to understand what you are attempting to do. Be aware of your intention/motive. I used concentration meditation and still do to concentrate thought in a specif direction. But when it comes to seeing what is it has no place. Do you see the difference
  12. Yes If time ends then one meditates however one wants. Then it is simply because one wants to participate in a certain form of meditation. As far as seeing what is and so on. Concentration can not be used for this. But otherwise concentration is great.
  13. Concentration meditation is to cultivate Thought/concentration attention meditation if “done correctly” there is no thought.
  14. So does ending psychological time Only ending the movement of time brings about a more holistic fundamental change to the brain. No matter the rationalization if one meditates to seek psychological security in any way that is evasion, escape, a movement of fear. A movement of psychological time. This is why that “do nothing” meditation which if done right is non-method is used. It is a form of attention in opposition to concentration.
  15. This is very important. People go there whole lives seeking security and in that live a life of perpetual insecurity. Getting caught in the never ending conflict of mechanical pattern. Constantly chasing pleasure not seeing that where one invites pleasure comes pain/suffering. I would say this is a great heads up?
  16. All such problems are psychological. There is no mystical problem. Only the psychological presents it as such.
  17. We are the problem. We are not responsible. We are responsible for things that benefit our own special interest. But not the whole of things. We continue to say the world is fu****, as if it was seperate from ourselves. There is no responsibility. We escape facts and hide in abstractions. Every movement we as “independent entity’s” make to become psychologically secure makes for physical insecurity for the whole. But we blame others “society/world” not seeing that we as the “individual” is the problem. We constantly quibble over the solution without realizing the actual problem. Because when it comes down to it we are not willing to see the fact. This is a movement of fear. Thought/self in self preservation mode.
  18. Thats right friend. When you identify with the experience it’s the same as identifying with memory-the knower or ego. Without that movement of time/memory the non judgmental/dispassionate cessation of movement will come naturally, and there will be no adding. Assuming one is has no motive prior to this...   19. If one is using mediatation to become free of suffering/liberated that is a placebo effect. Because you are then employing thought to ease a psychological problem. Escaping fear. The placebo effect may have positive physical effects as well as temporary positive effects psychologically But ultimately that positive psychological effect turns on you. False sense of security
