  1. Observe the hold that psychological time has over every moment. If you are not aware of this in yourself yet studdy on the concept of it from online sources. I posted and will continue to post what ever I can find on it to. I never read any book to see this. So i can’t recommend reading a book to see this movement of psychological time in yourself. This just happened to me out of the blue. I just saw the movement so clearly as it was happening and at that moment ended it. For me the most Critical thing to do is observe this movement as it arises. Then once you see the falsness in continuing in that direction you will end it to. Or you will not indulge so often in that direction. As you become more aware of these movements they will cease more and more to very few, and maybe even none.
  2. Asking how employs thought to solve and invites time as a means to accomplish any particular goal. And to invite time to solve any psychological problem inevitably leads to conflict. Because time is thought. And thought has no place in the psychological realm.
  3. The question how do I stop thinking so much invites the movement of thought. And in that very motive to stop thinking is a movement of thought/self. The attempt to stop thought and the asking of a way/method to stop it are both movements of thought. So you are infact reinforcing the movement of thought in that action. It has to do with the movement of volition/will. If will is used to bring about contentment in any direction psychologically this creates its opposite of discontent. Not only is thought not silenced but now you have prepetuated the movement of conflict even further. This is the way I look at it. I hope that makes sense to someone out there.
  4. My opinion is that you never find happiness until you stop looking for it. Zhuangzi
  5. In Japan we have the phrase, "Shoshin," which means "beginner's mind." Our "original mind" includes everything within itself. It is always rich and sufficient within itself. This does not mean a closed mind, but actually an empty mind and a ready mind. If your mind is empty, it is always ready for anything. It is open to everything. In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities; in the expert's mind there are few. Shunryu Suzuki
  6. Dude your awsome. Seriously like talking about this with you. If you don’t get it I’m sure you will soon. Your very intelligent guy? Way smarter than me. All you guys are
  7. It’s easy to say everything stems from the whole. That doesn’t actually bring about freedom from choice/the thinker. It must be an experiential movement all the way to be end. Not based on the movement of thought what so ever.
  8. That’s why I am glad I never read any text before my inquiry. This made it easy to avoid adding already existing concepts.
  9. If one has not peeled the onion each layer at a time then the experiential inquiry comes to a hault. Because their notion of awareness is thought based and not actually actual ‘fact’ I feel one must start with what is the closest barrier and work their way down to nothing. This way their is no deception/illusion ‘movement of psychological time’ influencing the inquiry, therefore turning it into a conclusion based off belief and not a fact. unless action born without the movement of time comes into being that action is inevitably influenced by thought. Awareness wasn’t tapped. Time/thought/must end for actual “awareness” to act free of the thinker. If you are thought bound then thought creates the thoughts. If there is choice/decision this implies thought is in movement. Not awareness which is free of thought. No assumptions can be made. That means thought must be watched very carefully.
  10. Thought will not realize this. Because thought is fragmented. Fear prevents the movement of thought from seeing its own movement. For me freedom was first. That’s the only way I can advise about going about comprehending the whole of thought as I have done it first hand. I wouldn’t recommend something I didn’t actually do myself. For me freedom from fear was totally necessary in order to inquire without fear interrupting and corrupting the investigation.
  11. Let it flower? It will come into being and die on its own. That is letting the movement of volition come into being and pass away on its own. By not interrupting with the process it ‘volition/thought/self’ looses its continuity.
  12. I never read that book or any book for that matter. But Eckhart Tolle gets into psychological time which is possibly the most direct way to end and prevent all psychological conflict and suffering. I definitely recommend the understanding of psychological time to all. Then the door opens all enjoyment and fulfillment of life. To me ‘spirituality’ is not about personal development. It’s more of the opposite. To me it’s more about the persona’s undevelopment. Psychological development which implies measure/progression has no place. Only in practical matters like developing a skill, using that skill efficiently, Cultivating thought is a great form of development when applied as a functional tool. Psychologically personaly development is not necessary at all. To pursue personal development psychologically is seeking security in the illusion of time. If one seeks security psychologically that will most definitely lead to insecurity and disorder.
  13. I understand. This peace you speak is only in the absense of will. The longing for peace creates its opposite, conflict. All movements of thought/volition If carried over into the psychological realm inevitably lead to conflict. In that you have escaped what is and created a division of the opposites. The division of what you want to be, and what you don’t want to be. Thought will always divide. This is learned when investigating the nature of thought. Thats why I stress it so much. A broken record, but a necessary broken record. At least to me it is?
  14. Of course thought implies a movement of progression. For me their was no progression. As progression is the movement of time. I had never worked for anything. As I have said before I simply realized the illusion of psychological time. That seemed to spark this spontaneous and uninvited realm of emptiness. The timeless realm for me wasn’t cultivated. It was the result of the ending of psychological cultivation. I am just sharing this with who ever may be similar to me in that regard. Any way I appreciate talking with you. And I hope you gained any type of understanding from this conversation and topic ?
  15. Maybe that is our portal as @cetus56has suggested??‍♂️
  16. ??Freedom from a path worked for me. As a path implies psychological time.
  17. The you that wants this moment to be something other than what is is the illusion. Any movement in the either direction is a movement of illusion. Volition ‘psychologicaly’ is a movement of thought.
