  1. I can’t believe I’ve spent years going out, going on dates and developing my confidence only to realize how important your game on text is. I wanna level up my texting game, any guys out there with advice?
  2. @Yimpa lmfaooooooooooooooooo bruhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. He a legend
  3. @Ayham thank you brother, so I need to read The yoga of consciousness or kriya yoga exposed? I’ve read kundalini exposed and the secret power of kriya yoga
  4. @martins name oh really where can I find the book of Santata and his Kriya Supreme Fire?
  5. @martins name perfect thank you are there any other lessons in the book you find very important? I’ve even completed the higher kriyas. I’m ready to accelerate.
  6. I have a question about Ocean Breath also known as Ujjayi Pranayama. The recommended technique says to inhale from the nose and exhale from the mouth. Is the technique still effective if you inhale from the mouth?
  7. @Evan Gill thanks man, I’m checking this out
  8. @Leo Gura another question... is Ujjayi Pranayama worth practicing or just nadi shodhana?
  9. When practicing the first 18 lessons and even the higher kriyas, do you have to do all the preparatory exercises to practice a certain technique? Certain techniques require 3+ preparatory exercises before you can practice one. What if I want to practice a technique but I don’t have time to practice all the preparatory exercises, does it count?
  10. This brings me back to the idea of solipsism, yes there is other but nothing is possible without the observer. Each and every moment of our lives leads us to our next awakening. Life can be a mind game because if there was no game to play, the story would be over. Great & Evil are two of the most powerful dualities on earth.
  11. Last time I did the strength assessment test was July of 2021, do our innate strengths change overtime? Should I do the strength assessment test again? In the last three years I updated and adjusted my values.
  12. @Leo Gura It’s the strength of being able to collect valuable data, facts and ideas, Maybe It’s hard for someone to innovate or have unique ideas in their field if they aren’t able to be curious & look for information beyond the mainstream.
  13. @Leo Gura input in the sense of working in fields that make me learn something new everyday. Professions like journalism, research or teaching. Input is nothing without output because the goal is to collect information so we can turn it into action.
  14. @Leo Gura thank you for creating such an awesome course. I completed it back in 2017, my top five strengths are: input futuristic thinking achiever learner focus I’m just now realizing how important input is, especially in systems thinking. If input is one of my strengths does that mean I’m great at finding solutions and creating material?
  15. @Yimpa I’ve been seeing this guy on my YouTube but I never clicked his videos. Checking it out right now 👍
  16. @Jac067 kizomba? I can teach you 😁 I’m from Angola
  17. @StarStruck you don’t know me but okay lmao
  18. @StarStruck I don’t believe you 100% because I’ve seen people type anything on the internet then in real life it’s a different story. How you generate money is interesting from my perspective. I completed Leo’s life purpose course almost 7 years ago and I’m still busting my ass to actualize it.
  19. @tenfo if it’s your first time hearing about him or RSD, you don’t know exactly what he’s talking about. Yes he adds his sales pitch through the video because he has to!!!!!! What he’s talking about can only be known by experience. Too many guys wanna mentally masterbate about what being a modern man is. Get out there and game!!!!!!!!!
  20. @MarkKol yea but that ideal playing out in real life, with real people is a whole other equation.
  21. This video did not hurt me…. But it did make me realize that I have to practice more self acceptance. The reason why I’m a member of actualized today is because I wanted a better life. I come from a low income environment and from the first day I believed I can be the change if I worked on myself. Awakening and Love are worth more than a dollar but I don’t want to be a statistic.
