  1. Are you trying to say that those words should not be used at all? How can we describe things properly then?...
  2. Not only it is healthily beneficial for you and it helps you burn fat, but also in "dark" times you'll be used to going without food for a loong time you never know when it may come..." Hi Cab07, You know why you will not even lose muscle? Because it's kind of a myth. What actually happens is that when you go without food for less than 48 hours, glucose gets out of your muscles, so your muscles just shrink, but its temporary: once you start pumping your muscles up,exercising, it gets however big it was before It's only after 48 hours of fasting when you lose muscle.

  4. Actually there is a little magic trick for this Leo you suggest us this sometimes too: wear a wristband to remind you of it everytime you see it
  5. Yes true. It is hard on the body. We give our bodies nutrients it needs for energy to grow us physically. But when we eat everytime as soon as theres a small empty gap in our stomachs, that energy from nutrients is used on digestion. So we don't grow as much as we could be. Also, you didn't know it's name because it's not mainstream, and probably will never be. It's because Many food and diet companies do want you to eat as much of their stuff as possible. So the majority of the people think that iS not Ok to stay hungry for some time. But actually, it won't hurt you to go hungry for a while, but it will surely hurt you if you eat when you don't have an earned hunger.
  6. Get up at 6 and fast till 3 pm Yes. I stop eating at 9pm, sleep, then wake up and fast till 3 pm. Thats 18 hours of fasting and 6 hours of food proceccing. It is called intermittent fasting. Point is that you need your blood to be focused on other things rather than just food digestion. Doing this I feel more energetic even when I haven'T eaten in a while
  7. Break up is actually a good thing as in results, but the process is painful. But you know, pain is the process of healing into something stronger than you were. So I think the first step is to recognize it is a good thing. Second is that you should not fall off track your passion. If you keep doing your passion you won't remember the past that much. That's how it worked for me at least.
