Dazed and Confused Okay so let me get right into the meat of it. 5 fucking months have passed and I added one new habit, I never had a green streak longer than 4 days and I even dropped going to the gym. WTF!?! It looks like I'm still very very very very very very very very very much asleep and I need to become more aware of how I spend my days. I'm currently wondering how?   24. @quantum Hey quantum thanks for the support ! I have been meditating for one and a half years but not taking it very seriously. I have been doing it but not with a consistent technique or increasing the time. What I have noticed that my paradigm changed a lot over the years. I don't know if its just called growing up lol. My paradigm is more mature than my peers so that probably says that growing up is not the only part in the equation. I realized that I have to up my meditation game so thanks for reminding me again. Lets get that paradigm and let our mind's lead our body's!

My life is really short I realize that when I look back at in half years. I'm still very much asleep. I always think how much I would like to start my own business but I don't do shit. I start doing shit for a week and then I get distracted. It's time I make a long term strategy. The strategy has to be highly structured so it's not hard to do but it does create massive value. So I want to do something in the self-development space on the internet. I'm still very young so its best to just start collecting as much on every subject as I can and apply it fast. My daily strategy: 1. Read a Book and Make Mind Map 2. Apply The Book 3. Make a Animated Book Review 4. Upload It.
