What is contemplation?? How to contemplate??

Now I understand what Leo is trying to say in his topic... it will not help one another if you keep on do things such this... for the newbies it will absorb it and he/she falls in to that... he will not grow... because he / she gives in to this creation of monkey mind.... be aware on this one..

So i meditated for 3 times today, and as i drink my coffee i have this I don't know.. everything i see in my parent's house is nature? But it has illusion on it?? Like the double deck bed? Furnitures, clothes.. it is created by illusion but it is the nature itself?

YESSS!! It is how i sense it! You said it well by english! Haha i'm Filipino sorry by my grammar but yesss! Definitely!!!!! But the moment they cling to survival, the moment the reality is forgotten... we cling on the thoughts, ideas and everything and it evolved and evolved and evolved.. we forget the reality is nature.... that's the reason the world is in danger..

Look the bed itself... how bed is arranged? The furnitures, how the furniture arrange, atleast by illusion itself, human could posibly i don't claim it but I don't see it that way anymore i see it nature but there is something in everything i see that maybe it is how human conceptualize the world it is their thoughts, or their illusory.you could expand that in everything you hear about beliefs, their ideas, their philosophies etc... before i drop everything in me.. the last one i did is, i watched Genius it is Albert Einstein story... and he conceptualize Waves by imagining you got my point? Albert Einstein could show you his illusory by nature but it is something he conceptualize. Last time, i asked the same question, Leo replied it.. after he Replied my monkey mind starts to bubbles up and monkey minds wants do it perfectly like it gives mo frustration.. but as i continue to meditate i realized something.. to meditate is to Able for you to balance and calm yourself, any frustration it is the monkey mind, just feel the love in your body smoothly and don't push and be hard on yourself.. prabhaker is definitely correct !!!

Is any position if you are meditating state you already meditating? Imean for example I don't sit but i'm in my bed is okay? Is that counted as meditating ? I'm aware, conscious and doing nothing just in bed and my eyes is close

If some questions to you is nonsense.. for them maybe, if they will get an answer or you speak maybe they will get something.. questions are not bad because we are in different realities but the only thing that we have in common is to unwrap things someday we will be as one.. like you said the universe is you the you is the universe everything we see is you and you is everything right? Someday we will achieve that... not now..

You're completely correct.. and i will add something the missing piece, (alot of the member here is just starting maybe me I don't see myself is much better right now but c'mon the moment we enter in this forum we are here opening our minds... I don't know? Don't you get it? Meditation is something to balance everything... and enlightenment is something deeper that you couldn't imagine.... because we are not yet conscious for what we are and who we are.. there is ego blocked everything

Is it possible for someone in this forum would brought me in another country? I couldn't explain why there is something that i ask myself ... because this is the point in my life that i realized the country and the place where i live in is so down in terms of money, awareness material things spiritual aspects i mean philippines right now is in trouble i realized this jist right now... if you will say that yeaah! When i close my eyes I can't concentrate my mind is shifting snd shifting i do the technique the do nothing and it will be shifted to self inquiry something like that... and the 40mins all my mind do will shift and shift and shift.. i dont know nowww

Given the techniques, i experience right now if i do the do nothing technique suddenly it will shift to questioning about who am i what am i and everything will be questioned and it will shift in to aware of thinking i dont know .. hmm? What will i do? For everything when i close my eyes?

Have a dream that someday i will build a temple here that will seek for enoightenment for now i need the help to support meeee
