  1. It seems you are following a similar trajectory to Tim Freke, he also started to think in this way recently.
  2. How would you know that? Actually I can see your point of view I am just providing an alternative. Plus I never said I embodied it we were talking about what is possible.
  3. Well we were talking about ideology so it would be freedom from that. Exactly if you dont want to be free from it then choose not to.
  4. Yep youre free to choose which one you like however one will lead to freedom and non ideological thinking the other will keep you stuck. This gives you complete freedom to move in and out of any ideologies. The thinking mind wont get you there.
  5. You can let go of all of that then you are free from ideology. Whatever the mind comes up with let go and dont attach to it then you are free.
  6. An ideology is more than just this. Its the inability to be to able move from the stance of the thoughts and ideas. It's an unwillingness to see other world views and hold firmly only this idea to be true.
  7. Absolute classics.
  8. Has anyone done this course? I have been practicing Kriya yoga using the books on Leos booklist for last few years but want to try Sadghurus stye of Kriya see how it varies. It looks like it has a strong emphasis on Kriya yoga and its currently half price due to the pandemic or free for essential workers. I'm tempted to do it but wanted to ask here first to know if anyone has done it, what it entails and what benefit they got from it?
  9. I love calisthenics and thats my go to form of exercise. I like gymnastics rings and ive been doing them outside in the snow over the past week its a great way to get some fresh air.
  10. So green it hurts. This was Russell Brand 7 years ago I think he's moved into Yellow now and doesn't display all these unhealthy green aspects - looking down on blue, disrespecting any rules or laws, wanting absolute freedom to be able to stand or go wherever he wants.
  11. Yea i've tried this out quite a bit. I like how retrospectively if you do it enough you always catch the egos games out and realise these ppl aren't the construct the mind creates. What i'm trying to say is you can be non judgemental and open to seeing points of view, but without discernment you could easily get lost and unable to navigate any of the terrain which could get you lost in Qanon. It's this discernment that means you wont get lost in the conspiracy theories - I know in spiritual circles the word judgement is a negative word but I see it as a positive, you need to judge people to understand how they relate to the world and use your mental maps to piece together what they are. The key is not condemning them for any of it with acceptance and understanding.
  12. But then you could easily fall into Qanon conspiracies you def need discernment.
  13. Id define it as the parts of you that you push away and disown so if you had a stage orange shadow you would project your judgements about materialism etc onto these ppl who are like this but not realising that this is just a part of yourself that you have disowned. - We all have the potential within ourselves to be materialistic.
  14. Is it true that a stage yellow person has more shadow work to do integrating green than blue and orange? This is what I hear from Jeff Salzman. Even though I see the limits of green and am heading towards integral I think im still green because I dont have a green shadow and see green as my tribe still.
  15. Yea i agree. Many people fall into this same trap here when talking about spiral dynamics. It's not higher or lower they are earlier and later stages of development as Susanne Cook-Greuter so beautifully emphasises. If you always see the stages as higher or lower you aint ever gonna be integral as you will be endlessly seeing some better than others.
  16. Russel Brand just did a video on this topic
  17. I dont get how it turns teachers, farmers and retail clerks into slaves? Are you saying that by investing you are giving money to large corporations that can enslave "real workers"? You could always invest in a conscious company although they might not be as profitable.
  18. A great depiction of the spiral: Arseholes = Red/blue Dicks = Orange Pussies = Green Its also amazing how before this Alec Baldwin as a pussy couldn't distinguish between dicks and arseholes and says Team America is just the same as kim jong il because at the pussy level of development everything is equal.
  19. https://9gag.com/gag/abV5v5r We need more positive earlier stage examples so heres one
  20. Yea thats a good point. Im eating loads of cashew nuts! They are un roasted so i'm wondering if its down to that as apparently truly raw cashews have toxins int them from poison ivy but that is doubtful because even though the nuts say un roasted apparently most go through roasting before taking the shell off and the ones that are roasted have a second session of roasting.
  21. Don't you think using coup is a bit over exaggerated though as it's a word like terrorist that the media likes to use to dramatise events unfolding. A Coup is a heavy word for serious attempts to topple governments not a riot like this. Could these people including a shaman and John from Michigan run into the capitol to overthrow the government? Then just take selfies? What happened in Turkey I would say is more like an official coup.
  22. Could this be considered a coup? It was a sudden, violent, and illegal seizure of power from a government but whether or not it was organised was another thing. Its certainly not a revolution like they claim it was as that is about a change in ideas.
