Yea that's something im currently looking into. Can you be in a very present state and live a life. I've come to the conclusion you can and you aren't denying life but actually enriching it. You just don't have all the worries of an egoic identity which can actually hold you back. When you start out I think its important to find some place quiet to meditate where you can be by yourself but as Mooji says you should develop out of this rather than spiritual bypassing - go do all the things you want to do, meditate on a busy crowded loud urban jungle like a crowded train station in New Delhi.

He's definitely got 2 sides to him that he's fighting with. The business materialist side and the spiritual side. The business side has completely taken over him since the David Icke interview, nevertheless this is a very good documentary.

They are if by keeping the economy up and running it's killing people in excess surely? -
As a stage green country, Sweden took a more stage orange approach to tackling Covid19 than most stage orange countries. They focussed on their economy over the wellbeing and health of their people and are once of the only countries whose economy has grown throughout this. According to the spiral dynamics model green is more about community and welfare of people over the economy but actually all the stage orange countries were about the welfare of their people over the economy, how can this be?

Can anyone recommend any stage yellow books on protesting. I want to understand it from a meta perspective. I want the book to dive into issues like: Are protests justifiable? Should anger/ violence be used? Understanding strategies of mass protest using examples from the past - What is the best strategy to use to create change? This type of theme

You remind me of a rebellious teenager who just loves to disagree. Focus on the greater jihad not the lesser. -

This is a great example of how to act as a conscious individual. If you are a black person in Minneapolis and you have just witnessed one of your people get murdered due to systemic racism how do you react? Are they doing the right thing by protesting? Are they doing the right thing by using aggression? If they don't maybe nothing will change. It's like what Extinction Rebellion co-founder Claire Farrell talks about in which they looked at strategies used throughout the world to create change and discovered that peaceful demonstrations often don't lead to change, at least by doing this all the attention is on it. On the other side of the argument it could lead to more collective ego and us vs them thinking so what's the answer? -
