  1. What an interesting concept, thank you for sharing. Have you had experience with this yourself? the topic sounds fascinating. Sleep itself seems to be a very interesting and potentially mis understood part of existence and being, one that could hold many many keys to health, well being and consciousness, therefore overlapping into self actualisation and effectiveness. I personally have found 'napping' and sleeping in short time frames when I have had little sleep during the night very helpful.
