Lol what is about 3 hours sleep?

@Nahm Your contribution and help is in a different level???

I realized after a long investigation and trail and error that my tension headaches are created by my thoughts. I meditate twice a day for 30 minutes and do some mindfulness activities which helps..but I’m not how sustainable it is if the circumstances will change. I want to open a business, create a family etc.. I was thinking lately to go to a psychiatrist. Anyone experienced something similar ? Any advice will be welcomed.. Thanks?

@Carl-Richard Thanks for sharing. His explanation resonates?

@Moksha Such a beautiful explanation? @Qna Welcome brother! Life brought you to an incredible place(this forum). You will ever be grateful if you follow this “work”. I’m talking from my own personal experience. I’ll add that your “goal” is to feel amazing in every moment and the rest will follow. It means that your focus needs to be in the Now. In this present moment. Not the past and not the future. Meditation is an helpful practice that takes the attention from thinking to the present moment. Balance is the key. Expression and avoiding repression is another huge habit. You can look for a moderator named @Nahm that is explaining it incredibly well. Good luck?

Thanks for sharing! Great insights?

I truly believe that all resistance coming from the ego. So dissolving the ego is the solution for flowing with life. Of course easier said than done?

Attraction isn’t 100% subjective it’s more like 30%(Assumption). The reason guys are attracted to big tits and big booties is because the see this body as good for reproduction.

The Being makes all the choices. The mind just have a feeling that it is choosing for reality to feel real. Right?

God made himself to forget that It is doing everything for exactly this reason. How beautiful?

I’m not sure if we choose to awaken it’s rather seeing that the way we live produce suffering so we are looking to change it. And of course it’s just another feature of that God created.

Thanks bro I needed that?

This is it when you know literally nothing, be an empty vessel in God's Mind, a pure miracle here is. @allislove Can u communicate while you’re in that state?

Mine at this moment is equanimity.

This thing is awesome! I got a lil nausea afterwards..anyone else?

The guy did his homework? I couldn’t explain it better.

The development of something that is inherent in your being is an illusion. Most people are disconnected from God so they have many insecurities about themselves..

@Preety_India Confidence is inherent in our being. Nothing to be developed. Diminish your limited beliefs and confidence will arise. This shallow self help will not sustain bad circumstances. Lol quiet a rant?

From my experience the mind shuts off like a computer so memory of it isn’t available. But if a dream comes up it turns on and your consciousness witnessing it so imo it was always there. I know someone who said he can be conscious during deep sleep but I didn’t really understand what he experience.

Happiness isn’t to be found in the flow of life. It’s a useful concept because it makes you stop for a sec the pursue. Your inherent being is happiness and joy. Your job is to unveil everything that gets in your way of finding it. Hint: Not dealing with your emotions, monkey mind, addictions, constant distractions etc..

He assumes that everyone experiencing the same.. Most humans consciousness is veiled by feelings, thoughts and distractions. The work is to unveil It.

He just revealed you the biggest secret and u want a course???

I admire him. Such a radical change he made..unbelievable. If he is faking it he deserves an Oscar.

@K Ghoul There is a point in what you’re saying..The suffering in my life brought me to where I am. But also I am biased towards wealth because my upbringing allowed me to take some time off and focus on spirituality. Interesting how sometimes we think we help but maybe we damage the work.. Thanks for your POV.

You get an access only if you’re enlightened. Jokes aside I can’t get in either?
