I feel the same way even though I'm good with people. I would say talk to the people you want to talk to. Where there's something to talk about. Also determine whether or not the person is worth talking to. Life's too short for small talk that doesn't really go anywhere. Talk about fun stuff, open up. Be social but still talk about things that get you excited or it's just gonna feel empty.
