Why? You are free to enjoy everything. Everything. You might think watching tv or youtube videos decreases the level of counsciousness but this is further from the truth. The only way that happens is if you start thinking or identifying with the thoughts that pop up. As some of us know, we dont have control over what thoughts pop up (not even me, Leo, Buddha or Buddhist monks!) So, if you focus on your breath, do mindfulness or just observe your thoughts, your counsciousness will likely not go down. Why? Cuz you are not doing what I said above! In fact, it gives you experience and practice! You can learn how to stay aware in "low consciousness circumstances"! So, two people can look at the same circumstance in two different ways: "Ah, this suck, I hate this!" or "Ok, I will take this as a learning experience." You see, my G, keep it lowkey and just be!

@Nahm we dont actually know how other people are feeling doe. I just take it as a joke but i do not have the knowledge that they are joking. i just go with it
