This guy was not social distancing and went inside Wuhan during the lockdown. He got too close to the hospitals and patients and spreading fear by filming dead patients, so the CCP found him and put him into 24 days quarantine to prevent the spread, this doesn't just happen to him, it happens to all those who didn't social distance. He is now finished quarantine and given one year jail time for spreading misinformation to the public.
