enlightenment is never limitation, both successful and unsuccessful people can be enlightened. and I hereby use the term ''successful'' as it is used now in modern society. in spiritual terms everyone is successful just for being here, being another flower of infinity the ''average joe'' that shoots guns and likes to get drunk at bars is just as important as einstein or your favourite president. to see past the flashy parts of life, and see that everything is truely equal is a major lesson. but once you see it you feel it, the truth is there, and it feels good, these are things that cannot be explained, faith is needed, then the understanding lets itself be felt

if you want to investigate your deeper beliefs about life then I may help to investigate your anger, you just have to keep a wide perspective when doing that. you can play around in that way in my opinion, ultimately though, you'll have to stay conscious during your anger, and simply feel it, it's the last step. even if you investigate and discover things about yourself with concepts in the end you will end up having to simply feel it consciously, to learn from it in non-verbal ways, to listen to your anger truely. so in my opinion you will end up doing that anyways, but if you feel like investigating your anger on a mind level and you think you could learn certain things from that about yourself then go ahead, that might be the better way, everything is always relative, the paths to enlightenment are infinite, so follow what feels best! the environment adapts itself to you, just keep the right intention

allow me to disagree with your disagreement my friend. see I believe enlightenment is about being, not about doing. one may watch media in an infinite amount of ways...you can be so many things while watching that media, and in the way you watch it. one can be unconsciously consumed by it, or one can be conscious during it. the way I consume the media is not at all the same as before when I did it unconsciously. I'll give an example of people dancing at a social event. one guy may be dancing but thinking how to approach a girl, one guy may be dancing but self-consciously thinking about how his dancing looks to others, one guy may be on the look out for a good song, one guy may be while dancing thinking about a distant memory, one guy may be while dancing be reminded of a dream by one of the songs, one guy may be while dancing thinking about getting more drunk, one guy may be looking to start a fight, one guy may be comparing the way certain people dance and their movements....my imagination is not nearly extensive enough to describe the infinite amount of states of can have during the activity of dancing. this applies to anything. you cannot put a tag of enlightenment on certain activities and not on others. would enlightenment really be as limited that it is impossible to consume modern media in an enlightened way? isn't enlightenment something that comes from inside rather then outside? then how can an outside activity prevent an outburst from the inside? everything is always in the eye of the beholder, media is human culture, from it many things can be observed and learned, beyond just mindlessly being entertained, that is my opinion at least

I do the same....I practice acceptance..while I'm fully aware that I want to do more productive things I let my instinct guide me, and there are days when I do nothing, where my instinct just keeps me pointing towards entertainment and doing nothing.... all the meanwhile I'm very conscious that I'd rather do something more productive. but the thing is,I could if I wanted to ,engage my mind, make plans and force myself to do productive things all the time, very easily..but then I wouldn't be me. I would be ''doing'', I wouldn't be ''being''. I'd rather have that eventually the will to do productive things comes and flows naturally without any effort. for that I have to endure doing things that are not so exciting, things that are not so productive..like watching youtube, then going on 9gag, then watching anime...quite the ''enlightened'' activities right. but enlightenment is not about what one does....even though I have a deep wish to do bigger things in life, my surrender to these small almost senseless activities slowly leaves me with a taste of freedom and authenticity. these are small activities, but they are really my activities. I didn't plan them, I am conscious of a thousand other activities. I could go gather leaves in the forest, I could explore the city,I could socialize,I could learn programming,I could learn a language,I could try to travel,I could ride a bike or try a new sport,I could try to develop a game, or develop a song, I could meditate,I could read....so many things that I'm very conscious of that I could do instead of browsing the internet randomly... but none of them have that real feeling of authenticity. they're just directions my minds wants to take If I feel like doing nothing, watching anime and movies all day, that is a sacred feeling and activity, it's the only activity that feels genuine to me in that moment, therefore it is sacred. is a real direction of my inner being, because out of an infinite amount of activities in life I feel like doing those in that moment. on the surface these activities may seem silly or they may seem to not get you anywhere but to me this is the perfect way to enlightenment. instead of forcing oneself to do activities which your mind deems productive, you learn how to muster that will naturally, how to let these activities flow out of you naturally. this a skill to develop, it is normal that at first it seems dull. so you have two ways, you can either start forcing yourself to do productive activities. or you can wait and be patient, let your body, your inner self, go where it wants, like water flowing down a mountain, it will take the path of least resistance. it may seem like your inner self only goes towards useless activities at first, but as you train this skill it will start flowing towards productive ones. training yourself to naturally drift towards more complex activities takes a lot of patience. both ways are good, whichever feels best to you is the right one

more meditation, when in need meditate. if things keep going the way they are going, then take it as a path of progress, sometimes you need to become more sensible to your feelings, energy blocked inside may need to be felt...perhaps it is anxiety that haven't allowed yourself to feel. don't let the emotions overtake you, always try to be at peace, even when angry or anxious. fatigue may come because you're going through this intense phase. but meditation is always the key -

now that's a trip, congratz on getting there. remember, the universe is infinite, there are experiences even beyond that , it's never done -
how did you see people when you were 5 years old? how did you see people when you were a teenager? compare this to now... really try to compare your view of people when you were a kid compared to how you view people now, you will quite literally see 2 different kinds of people, 2 different kinds of friends, 2 different kinds of man , of woman, of elders, of heroes, of villains... yet you always lived in the same world, if people simply ''are'' then how can you have a different view of them now as compared to before? as you change, you see people in a different light. < it is undeniable that everyone is unique, but even more the way you see every is unique in itself. its like the world is a set of toys and props, all very unique and different, but we all use these toys and props in our own unique and different way. after a lot of heart work and positivity I now see people in an entirely different light then before, as I have never seen them before and I realize the way I see them is the way I am. I see people in a loving way because I am loving. are people actually loving? that's the freedom of creation coming from a place of depression I know people can be experienced in a very hostile way, a very empty, unloving way, that feels just as real and palpable as my view of the world now. if I had to compare how I felt about people now compared to when I was depressed you could say I was walking with monsters on the street. there is no truth, we create our own worlds

be angry but at no one... just feel the anger, but direct it at no one, this a great meditation as well. how wonderful is it for someone to be singing under the shower? how wonderful is it for them to share their joy with you. that doesn't take anything away from your anger...your emotions are sacred. but just because you're angry doesn't mean you're actually angry that your flatmate is singing under the shower, that's the illusion. it may be hard to get, because it seems so. but if you were completely happy and fulfilled, imagine that version of yourself, would that happy and fulfilled version of yourself become angry at the event of your roommate singing when you meditate? I'd assume your answer to be no. in that case, why are you angry now? if you wouldn't be angry in a more happier state? doesn't that mean that you are angry because you are not fulfilled in certain ways in your life? even though at the surface it seems that your roommate is triggering the anger, you can see that the anger might have deeper roots. and thus don't direct your anger at your flatmate, simply feel the anger. it's important to get that emotions like anger distort our view of reality, when anger appears it immediately makes you believe it appears because of a certain reason. the truth is that the emotion of anger distorts your view of reality. that is what anger does, when it comes it makes you angry at stuff. the trick is to recognize that no something didn't make you angry, anger arrived and therefore you feel anger at things . when one gets this, and stops to channel their anger on outward circumstances, the anger starts to transmute. the key to dissolving is anger is simply feeling it without letting it take over your mind and direct your focus to blame something anger comes with great lessons, when it is allowed to be felt without the mind trying to make another scenario out of it. you literally have this bundle of great energy coming through you, instead of seeing it as anger you can even see it as spiritual energy, which it is, it is literal spiritual energy coursing through you, it is the best time to meditate and take this energy in, to allow it inside

you are already seeing demons, they are very much apart of your world...which is why you can relax and stop fearing them. you may not see them with your physical eyes but with in your inner being, in your minds eye they are very much there, your fear is proof....their presence in your awareness is undeniable....you are not seeing them with your eyes but in your inner planes, in your feelings they are already there, they are seen and experienced in surface levels and deeper levels. A whole lot goes on psychically beneath the daily physical life. if you can just realize that the demons are already there, you can realize that they're not that scary, you've already been dealing with them; you can start letting go of them. the very second you fear something, it is already in the midst of your being. the person who fears getting robbed while he walks around, is getting robbed every moment that he walks around. there is no such thing as the future, as such fear is not a feeling that is a reaction to a probable future event, it is an event happening right now. the person who fears that they might lose their money and become poor even though that person is well off, psychically in their inner being they are living as a poor person that lost their money. once you fear something you've already been hypnotized, the only way out is to accept. ''if I lose my house, I will be alright, if I'm robbed I will be alright somehow, if demons are real, I'll be alright'' the illusion then dispels..... as you accept that demons are real, you perspective of them will change....you might start seeing them as creatures that cannot harm you, you might start seeing them as forms of suffering, you might take pity on them, you might even stop believing in them. but always, accept what is aren't demons very powerful? they're so scary because they posses such insane vitality.... what would happen if you stop fearing demons? what sort of person would you be? a person that does not fear demons? can't you feel the power? this power is yours, it has always been, you are facing your own power realize that, you're afraid of your own power. it's called power projection, you can take it all back. realize the perfect plot set-up by your higher self. how many people have the opportunity in their lives to face real demons and overcome their fear about them? this is a situation unique to yours, your belief in demons allows you to face them, which allows you to overcome them.
-
Isn't this wonderful? maybe it's a way for your higher self to make you work towards trusting other people, making bonds with them, relying on them... if it wasn't for this you would maybe never try to ask others for help. Other people are an extension of yourself, they are apart from you, it's a great opportunity to learn this lesson. to work alone does not mean to work without others, everyone is apart of your world, of your power, to be by yourself is to be with others. Try to look at what your higher self is trying to teach you, the deeper you go in spirituality, and you actually start listening to your inner instinct and less to your controller personality, the more you get into these sort of lessons.

a state of total magic and flow with the universe, being in tune with emotions and vibrations of reality so rich and high you experience the daily things in life in their divine form...everything becomes unspeakable for it is so satisfying and rich in complexity and love...a moment shared with another is truly mesmerizing to the point where a smile is like an explosion of divinity, you forget everything, completely absorbed in the beauty of another, the beauty of the leaves, the beauty of a story, completely absorbed where there is no thinking, you don't even realize you're not thinking, you're not your body anymore, nor your mind, nor are a you a person going somewhere ,building something, living somewhere, just complete experience, what happens in front of you is so immense you forget everything

anything is really possible. just take a moment to gaze beyond death, gaze the end of your life...can't you feel it? the well of mystery, the flow of magic, the endless possibilities. we know the place where we come from all too well, it is not a place of desolation nor a place of ending. the law of attraction certainly is true, and it's not a matter of fate anymore when you have direct results in your life, when things keep getting pushed in front of your face again and again, at some point it just feels as natural and obvious as gravity. if you feel stressed, you will manifest stressful events in your life, if you feel relaxed, you will manifest joyful events. that' how I would put it, a relaxed state produces beneficial events a stressed state produces events which you do not desire for what is stress? but the very manifestation of your lack of faith in the universe. if you know , that the universe and your higher self are out there, manipulating probabilities and events , making so that everything in your life is tailored exactly for your benefit, why would you ever have stress? what is there ever to get stressed about if you literally control the universe on a subconscious level

at least now you are feeling it, feel how utterly empty life feels to you, only if you feel it fully, can it blossom it's just that a feeling, it's not a fact, let a feeling be a feeling, and soon you will feel something else

''if you got the message, hang up the phone.'' I don't really see any further use for you to do psychedelics especially when you have bad trips like this. but don't let these bad trips make you think that you're doing bad...it simply means that psychedelics don't have their place in your life right now. everyone's life is unique and the circumstances too I personally don't do them anymore, as I feel they don't serve me right now, and if they ever will again that I will see, they did help me in the past for sure. my most honest advice is that you're starting to see how the mind just keeps looping. you'll never attain peace with thinking thoughts, one thought will be challenged by another, which will be challenged by another... it quite simply means that you have gained consciousness and intelligence to the point where you acutely realize that your thoughts always loop, which is why they always loop right now. if you weren't aware of this, you'd let yourself be guided by your thoughts without much conflict, but you literally figured out the thinking mind, which is why it keeps looping. to see your mind is a sign that you're seeing the insanity of the thinking mind, it is a very good sign it's time to lay down the thinking and start following your feelings more, I may even guess that is it time for your inner guide to start actively guiding you. the truth is spoken when no thoughts are heard. try to follow your instinct instead of your thoughts, try get into action without planning it, keep less track, be more spontaneous. of course meditate more, which allows you get used to a thoughtless state. instinct, thoughtless decision and action, is the result of the intelligence of your higher self, it is the result of cosmic intelligence, it is an intelligence beyond space and time, all-seeing, all-knowing, and never will it make you loop, or hesitate, it is instant, that's how powerful this intelligence, it is so powerfully instant it seems you did not think anything through at all while in that small space where you decide to go by instinct a million calculations are made in one split

my own experience in this is that real masculine power comes from being honest with oneself and facing one's vulnerabilities and fears. strength can only come once you allowed yourself to fully be vulnerable, to be weak. It got to the point where I realized I was trying to jump straight up to becoming strong, and I wasn't even allowing myself to feel the fear I was feeling right now. I was weak and scared, but even my fear and weakness I didn't own them. even my state of weakness and fear was ran away from by directly trying to gain ''strong'' traits which is another way of putting on a mask. the person who's able to show they are afraid to others is stronger then the one that is trying to pretend he is not. honesty is of the strongest forces in this universe. that is my opinion. So my advice is that before you rush trying to become strong, you have to admit to your vulnerabilities, investigate why you act this way, investigate what you feel when you act this way. and most of the times to change these behaviours is not to simply change them. it's to do them again, let the same behaviors happen again but this time be very conscious of what you feel, be very conscious of your feelings to the last drop. fear has to felt for it to leave, the way to making fear leave is to feel it fully I used the word ''weak'' earlier, but it better be substituted with ''vulnerable'' and ''overly-caring''. people think that to be overly nice is a sign of submission and weakness, that is untrue, it is a sign of love. love that hasn't found the proper form to be displayed. this isn't the survival of the fittest, as a matter of fact the goal of life is to be loving, but what most nice people miss is the self-love balance. you can be loving while doing your own thing. how strong is it, that one's love is so strong that they're willing to put other people's interest in front of their own? they're literally willing to handicap themselves and their interests just for others. this is not weakness by any means.

in order to be a to be at peace you have to let him beat you. he already beat you because you are worried about him winning, you are in fear of your life because of him, admit defeat, surrender and accept. you will learn so much and you will feel much better. now perhaps you will still end up making more money then him. what happens physically is not be confused with what happens psychically. realize that you are already beaten psychically, you are worrying about him, you fear like your life will be lacking just by thinking about him getting past you. Let your ego realize that it has already lost. you're already in a damaged state of being.

I'd put it this way, an ''insight'' to your conscious mind is but a translation of a psychic event, an inner vibrational change. but the very fact that you had insights, means you had new and fresh thinking which means you achieved a higher vibrational state, that is very nice. the best insights are the ones that come and go, you may forget the words, but you never forget the vibration, you may forget your insights during a meditation but you don't forget how you felt, you don't forget that feeling, that vibration. to put it simply if you didn't forget how you felt during your insight then you didn't forget the insight, the feeling is the real message, the real insight -

your teacher is talking to you about his reality, in his reality he doesn't need anything other then vipassana, and that in itself is the truth. for him , no other practices are needed, he's not lying to you. this is the thing about people being mirrors, he can't help but see himself in you, so of course he will tell you the same, he will tell you that you only need vipassana. and you seeing your reflection in him, you don't mind believing that he's right because he's your teacher. truth is that there are infinite ways to enlightenment, limitation does not exist so first step is, there is no best step, second step is, you're free to chose the steps you like to take to enlightenment you could get enlightened doing vipassana one day, then something else the next day, then something new...you can go around if you want. enlightenment is about being, not doing, and you are always in a state of being, no matter what you do, get better at being, not doing being is being yourself, chose something because you like it personally, not because of any ''logical benefit'', which is doing, to do something because it seems logical and it would bring result is the opposite being, that is doing to be, is to do something because it feels fulfilling in the moment itself, regardless of the result, the result does not exist, the plan does not exist how can you do something you didn't plan or think about it in your mind? you can't,doing implies a plan then anything you're actually doing without the plan is being is life really as limited that everyone would have to do the exact same thing as your teacher in order to enlighten? life is infinity -
it is supposed to be never-ending and that is the fun of it, you're starting to get in touch with the essence of enlightening there will always be a NEXT step , something new to learn, and you want that, because that means you will always be able to expand and enjoy new things. the ultimate lesson, is that it's not about achieving something, it's simple but it's not about the destination it's about the journey. you will never be ''done'', there never going to be something that you will do that will allow you to go ''ah ,I'm finally there'' never. whether it's a new job, a new house, a lover, a friend, kids, never, never... drop all conditions, and realize that life is now, be happy just because you're improving, because you're tackling on new challenges, if being challenged makes you happy then you will always be happy. which requires a switch of perspective, a challenge is not a way to achieve something anymore, a challenge is a source of excitement and fun because it does exactly that, challenge you, take fun in the feeling of wanting to create something, not into that which you create. I'm literally talking about a feeling, that feeling you feel when you long or desire for something, be grateful for it, feel the energy of it, the vitality, and be appreciative of it, feel how it moves you to new places, and that without it you wouldn't be able to even move. people who are depressed lack desire and motivation and they are literally stuck in their homes unable to move, and I know this from experience, this is real. if not for our desires we wouldn't be able to even move, yet the first thing we do when we feel desire is to not appreciate the feeling, we compare our desire to what we have, and we punish it with pain! "oh I'm feeling desire for something, something that I don't have! desire is making me realize what I don't have!pain pain pain, I must get what I don't have as soon as possible'' desire didn't come and make you feel like you're missing something, the very presence of desiring is already something given to you that you didn't have before, it is a gift of real energy the second you desire something you've already added something to your life desire and longing is real energy, if you can get to a place where you're thankful that these feelings are moving you, giving you energy to go after what you want, you will be in bliss, and the results never matter, what you achieve, never matters, its simply a signpost ''go there'' ''go here'' it doesn't matter where you go, life in its infinite intelligence can make anything joyful. just see goals as signposts : ''oh now I'm going towards there, oh now I'm going there'', see how desires moves you,it's not about getting somewhere, everywhere is fine, everywhere is perfect , it's about the moving

pick up a sport, any, go swimming, rollerblading, skating, biking, do it without ANY ego or planning. don't make a plan about where you will do that sport or how long or what you do, just take your bike, and if you feel like going at the end of the street, then back, then at the end then back, then do that. if you feel like only swimming for one minute then going back home , do that, allow yourself that freedom your thinking mind will go nuts : ''you can't just make us come here and swim a couple of laps and get home, where is the efficiency? this is weird! this is unusual! act more normal, have a plan!'' the thinking mind is a killjoy of freedom and fun having fun is about being free, there are literally infinite ways of having fun, as I am typing this I realize I could be typing this and at the same time I could be singing a song, or I could use my hands and fingers to type in a silly way, I could make a game of going over my post and replacing words with silly synonyms, I could print out this forum post and tape it to a random place on the street, I could make a poem out of my own post. and this is only from one single messages, there's as much fun as you imagine...but you can only have fun if you feel free, freedom is so important and it goes hand in hand with fun. if you want more fun you need to feel more free in your life

everytime you compare yourself or you feel jealous become very attentive, become conscious, watch what's going on inside your mind and heart. watch, watch, watch, start to pay real attention to this feeling. this is something that has to be fixed by paying attention in the heat of the moment,it's not easy simply watch, don't judge, try to calmly get a hold of these feelings, to calm them down. you will notice that it's pretty much impossible, as if you're being taking over by the feeling which is true, but you will also notice that while you're being taking over you're also making a legit attempt at calming down the feeling and observing it and being distant. your consciousness will soon notice these 2 opposing parts, it's like creating a fissure in your consciousness, there are 2 very opposing forces and intent. it's like : ''hold on, one part of me clearly does not identify with this feeling and one part of me is under influence of this feeling'' to notice that is immense, when you notice that there are literally 2 opposing parts inside yourself and they are both you, but what this noticing does it lets you chose which part to identify with. the very fact that you're feeling opposition to the feeling of jealousy is proof that you are not your jealousy anymore. it's proof that you've taken distance from this energy....it's proof that you've already let go of it to a point. and you didn't do anything specific did you? you just don't want to be jealous anymore, and so you already made some distance from that. just keep not wanting to be jealous anymore, even as you are jealous, keep not wanting it, but don't get frustrated, these things take time it's normal. the more you can sit calmly in consciousness while the feeling of jealousy is there, the more ridiculous it will seem to you to identify with this jealousy. imagine you're feeling all this jealousy but there's a part of you that's calmly chilling and it's like : ''oh I'm used to this,I'm just gonna wait till it's over'. as time goes the calm part grows, the jealousy part shrinks, till there's nothing left. what you feed emotionally grows, if you no jealousy, be calm and composed when the feeling arises,if you fully engage in the jealousy, you feed it and it grows, if you detach, it dies down
