@Luna I feel you, it hurts at first and it doesn't seem like it's going to heal any time soon.. but music and solitude really help to ease the pain. Also, journaling about your experiences with your friends/how you were treated + connecting to ultimately what you're after in relationships helps keep things in perspective. Hope this helps

@MikeB Ha! Expect a lot more of this to happen.. it's part of the process. Make sure you check out Leo's "Mindfulness Meditation" video where he goes into depth about the labels. As an additional resource, look into Shinzen Young. When you are "looking for" awareness... where does it come from and where does it go? Look for this in your direct experience. (Hint: It's always present, however you aren't always present to witness it ) its counter intuitive! -

@MikeB When/why are you losing your awareness in the first place? If you have some areas where your awareness is dipping due to bad habits/bad programming, this is the most important thing to work on first. To add to that, mindfulness meditation with heavy emphasis on the "see" label has worked a great deal for me. It's been clearing my sensory field because one of the biggest issues i had was falling asleep into fantasy and imagination. (still happens, but a lot less often and it is almost always "seen".) -
@Shin this reminded me of you hahaha

@Ampresus Set aside "x" amount of time alone and in a quiet place. Write down the topics you mentioned in a journal/on paper and start connecting them to your direct experience. What's the most important right now for you and where you're at?

@zenith Have you experimented with "Do Nothing" technique and letting these negative experiences float up from your subconscious mind to your conscious mind? Not pleasant work but it's worth the pain in the long term... These negative experiences need to be purged out so that you can reach a new equilibrium.

@Revolutionary Think Post a link when it's done! -
@ULFBERHT Man this is a great question... I think Cal made it a point to undermine the "passion mindset". There is a lot of people who chase passion naively and it comes back to bite them... I don't think you have to LOVE the thing you want to master, per say, but there needs to be room to grow, mature, expand, and overall develop that "craftsman mindset" like you mentioned. I would like to hear what other people have to say about this as well.

@RendHeaven that feeling when your booty is on fire and your legs give out and you're lying on the floor after a 400m but you feel that rush of euphoria and even though your body feels like death, somehow you manage to be at utter stillness/peace @BestLifePossible imagine how good these athletes could be if they went beyond stage orange.. consider the impact they could make on their sport as a whole if they observed it more holistically and less for the trophy/medal :0

@MM1988 Start by putting yourself in a vulnerable position, physically. This could be you laying on the ground with your arms and legs spread out wide. Then try the shamanic breathing technique Leo covered or stir up an old memory that has a high emotional resonance to it. This will cause a shift in your physical/emotional state pretty quickly if you follow through.

Leo said that Infinity has/will experience every single thing possible. This includes the highest highs, and of course, the lowest...lows. Since it's Halloween i thought i would add some some horror stories that really opened up my mind to what is actually possible to endure as a human.. (When is Leo gonna shoot a video about the Shadow btw? ) Disclaimer: These stories are real and they can horrify you more than a psychedelic trip if you are not ready. If you are not mature enough to watch horror videos, do not watch. ( i didn't link the video's i intended to post, but you can check out the channel "horror stories" if you are interested in a spook.)

@Viking Have you reduced and decluttered your room? Meaning, have you removed the non-essentials that are simply taking up space? I noticed that this step really helped me move towards Personal Development.
-
@Viking Connect with nature and try to re-center yourself

This is what i experience when i'm in an intense state of physical flow. Have you experienced this? (This happens to me mostly when i'm boxing or running a race) When do you experience flow?

@Elysian @seeking_brilliance Sleep paralysis is part of it. I haven't had the intention to astral project on purpose for a long time. But perhaps two years ago, i did have a strong intention to do it because it was brand new to me and an exciting topic with some potential. After researching, I was able to do it successfully if i wanted to once my third eye had been purified. Once I had cleaned that chakra, I would lay in bed (Eyes focused on one part of the ceiling) and relax my whole body, till my body would be deeply relaxed. From there, after 10-15 minutes my body would feel heavy, as in, deep rest was washing over me. Within 2-3 minutes after that, i could feel my whole body falling asleep (Don't move) and I could feel my astral body beginning to lift up out of my body. This is scary for most people, and this is where they panic... Why? Because you're at the flux of losing control of whether you fall asleep/astral project/sleep paralysis. IF you can get past this stage, just keep calm and have deep trust in yourself and keep calm. This is where the mind likes to project fears about what if there is a demon on me or yada yada yada (This is no match for your Surrender) From there you can enjoy the astral realm you get into. However, not all of them are equal.. I have had "good trips" and "bad trips" doing this. There is alot to learn from bad trips so i don't repress them or deny them. -

@seeking_brilliance Interesting experience! No, i don't have conversations with them. Usually, it's just non verbal communication or I speak some type of jibberish to them in hope's that they can understand what I am asking. Also, I don't lucid dream often, but I have astral projected multiple times and that's quite different than lucid dreaming i would say. I had a quite eerie experience about 6 days ago, as i had seen 2 ghouls outside my window while i was astral projecting. Last night I actually had a shamanic experience and Leo was there One of the clearest experiences i had was about a year ago while i was eating in a restaurant and Eckhart Tolle walked right up to me and just looked at me straight in the face with a crystal clear consciousness and compassion, it was astounding! -
@TripleNipple Keep the main thing the main thing, always. However, I would say you should date and discover more about your authentic self as well as understand how females work and how radically different they are than males. Also, if she's into PD that would be a plus
