  1. @Viking Who implanted this idea into your psyche?
  2. @Ampresus Notice how you feel right now, and what you're telling yourself. Do you want to feel like that again? You felt the high, and now you're feeling low. How about working towards a better base line level? One that the average day is better than the last?
  3. @JustinS the first picture is precisely how i imagine you to be in real life in 25 years
  4. @Anton Rogachevski Great thread post. I noticed this all the time, but never came up with making post about it, thanks! Some people have such a pulling aura, radiating love, it melts the willing ego right away... While others are so rigid and neurotic, it's hard to be around them, let alone look at them directly. I'd like to add, the "carnivores" people often times treat life as a zero sum game, while the others see the limits of this and transcend that paradigm.
  5. @Anton Rogachevski
  6. @Viking Go for a walk before bed, reflect on things you learned that day, what obstacles you overcame, what difficulties you addressed. Connect with your higher self. Another tip could be writing out the next day's To Do List.
  7. @Ampresus Have you realized that what you're actually doing is looking at pixels at a screen and deriving the meaning yourself? Fantasy/ imagination + mental talk is what's getting you to PMO. If you really want to stop, which i implore you to do, is to become mindful of when your mind creates these fantasies, these images, and when your mind says "Let's look at xxx".
  8. @Annoynymous Are you journaling about these experiences? It's helpful because you can index them for later reference. Some dreams are like that, a lot of resistance and then you wake up, confused and questioning what it was about. At least now, you have a clue as to where this is leading.
  9. @Alexo45 "Don't rock the boat, because that'll make me have to look at myself" That's what i observed when i first experienced what you are mentioning above. Look, some people are wiser than others, and that's okay. If your Mom and sister saw the big picture, long term vision you were staring to create by doing this work, they would respect your choices a lot more... But they don't. So accept it, and accept yourself, and keep moving forward on the path.
  10. @Sahil Pandit lil gem http://krishnamurti.abundanthope.org/index_htm_files/Taoist-Secrets-of-Love-Cultivating-Male-Sexual-Energy.pdf
  11. @lmfao This is exciting news!
  12. @Wisebaxter The weed habit is coming back because it's easier to backslide than to move forward! I had a similar experience happen to me. Expect the mind to throw all kinds of tricks your way. Maybe the mind will ask you to smoke, or to stuff yourself full of junk food, or maybe to binge watch a TV series, etc. Don't get tricked
  13. @Wisebaxter Dude you're a badass, keep up the great work. Keep surrendering, and face any negative feelings with upmost awareness, don't cave into them. Keep hacking away my friend!
  14. @Wisebaxter You're well on your way to having a mystical experience. You're giving up your ego mind more and more, which is exactly what needs to happen. What's your schedule like? Do you have time to just BE? Can you sit by yourself for an extended period of time and just be conscious of your surroundings?
  15. @Wisebaxter Once you catch a glimpse of the Ox, it can't be unseen or taken away. Your whole life and identity can get dramatically re-contextualized. Knowledge, and concepts are helpful, but in the end, they serve as the map not the territory. To me, it sounds like your "knowing" is preventing you from "not knowing" -- feeling the expansion you are looking for.
  16. @winterknight Would you accept a mentee in person if they were devoted to The Path?

  18. @Gladius 320km!! That's impressive. Amazing memories must have been made my friend, wow.
  19. @Mike Book Pretty amazing huh? Imagine gaining the momentum with this work, it can take you far and deep
  20. @Harikrishnan You ate FOUR Rotis and you say you didn't eat too much?!
  21. @Charlotte @Shroomdoctor Human Growth Hormone levels can increase 1300% in women and 2000% in men who exercise and re-feed after a 16 hour intermittent fast I am planning on doing this during Christmas break, i will keep you posted on the results!
  22. @Mada_ Learning to transmute that sexual energy toward something you want to accomplish would be a wiser choice in the long run. (Like pursuing your LP, or dedicating yourself to service/creating value to others, etc.) Valuing authentic relationships over sexual cravings would also be something to learn around that age, since it's more satisfying to your higher self. That "unwanted" desire is the same force that allows you to create a child. It's incredible and simply taken for granted.
  23. @Rilles @Leo Gura yes, planned.
