  3. @Mu_ This can be very beneficial and liberating as it allows you to accept yourself on a pretty deep/human level. But it goes deeper...
  4. @Antonius Mind boggling to consider that you've never NOT been "That"

  8. One Note = Life Changer
  9. @Manjushri Remember your mortality and don't let yourself fall asleep to the momentum of your unconsciousness. Stay alert as much as possible and when you do a task, ask yourself, "Will this matter on my deathbed?" The goal is to eliminate the unnecessary and move a lot more toward Being.
  10. @Manjushri do u even lift bro?
  11. @Manjushri Fall in love with being healthy. Enjoy the feeling that comes when you feel fresh, energetic, and vibrant... compared to how you feel when you eat a heavy meal that makes you wanna sit on your bed and be lazy. If you create an active lifestyle, you'll be fine. Find a friend to go jogging with, or biking with. Take up a class to learn how to do martial arts, or maybe take up a yoga/deep breathing? What is "enough" to you? Really? That will always fluctuate.
  12. @Lorcan I've been using these for about a year. You can make some serious gains if you train often! Good thing is that you with calisthenics, your muscles recover much quicker than if you were to say, squat or hit chest in the gym. Make one of these, and get back to me. We can set up a workout routine that is based off of your strength level
  13. @Roman Edouard Set up systems that make taking action easy. Put a book you want to read next to your bed or put a chair in your room for meditating, etc.
  14. Gotta dive into some Ken Wilber
