The time is off in the picture, i actually ran this at 7 in the morning with some other runners. Hit 10 minutes of core right afterwards. Taking some time to rest, and going to head to the gym within an hour or two to do some more core/sauna work The pace for today's run was a bit slow.. but the reason for that is because today (Monday) is our easy run days, in which we jiggle jog at a slow pace and place more emphasis on how long we run for. Right now, anywhere between 45 minutes to 60 minutes is how long we run for on Monday's.

@NoSelfSelf It takes emotional labor to say what you authentically feel, if you haven't done too much inner work on yourself. Communication can be tough, especially if you hide things under the rug. Authenticity should be a goal that we strive for because it makes every second enjoyable and eliminates the egoic need to put on a front. Figuring out your values and embodying them leads to authentic life (IMO).

@zambize YES -- it'll be a challenge, that's for sure. I am excited to post some really good insights soon. Also, i'm going to be setting a new pace for myself when it comes to being disciplined and putting in the work. Looking forward to seeing how it unfolds for the both of us!

@zambize Haha thanks for looking out my dude.. My nutrition is pretty solid. Meditation really helped me get my diet on point. You can't have a good meditation routine while eating junk all the time. Although i would like to move toward a more sattvic lifestyle.

@Smika It sounds like you're experiencing an active Kundalini. There are good books about this on Leo's book list, check that out if you haven't already!

@John West Raising your baseline awareness is quite an uphill battle if you don't commit fully to the path. -

What if non existence was a concept inside of existence? ... and what if the image you have in you mind of what non existence looks like, was merely a concept that you fabricated? -
@zambize Nah i woke up this morning and within 2 minutes i was thinking of a good analogy for this post Glad it made sense!

@Hello from Russia Let's say that you have two options in Life. Option A and Option B. Let both of these options represent doors. Door A is the familiar path, and door B is closed, and you don't know what is on the other side. You have heard there is good benefits to the other side of door B, like figuring out your LP, mastering your emotions, releasing trauma, understanding your shadow, etc... But like i said, the door is closed. Since it's closed, most people don't bother looking at door B because it's unfamiliar to them, and not knowing causes fear and uncertainty within them So my question is: HOW will you "know" without opening the door?

@Spence94 This is such a good topic that needs more dialogue around! I think the ultimate goal is to work on your inner game so much that the boundary between inner and outer starts to dissolve and you can be an outflow of your all the inner work you've done... This means embodying wisdom, understanding, clarity, perspective, nuance, etc. What do ya'll think? @zambize @Cepzeu @NoSelfSelf

My favorite song of his! Ironic this was his last song...

I've been letting myself be a lot more vulnerable in social situations and i'm surprised how many people are quick to ask for help or start up small talk or a friendly dialogue.

@zambize How did u feel the day after? @Maya_0 The body has deep reserves and emotions that need to be released. We don't have an idea of how much we are holding onto... -
@Xin Because taking action requires not knowing.
