Today is an OFF day, so i'm going to do an active recovery type of workout instead of running. HiiT (High Intensity Interval Training) 1.) Jump Rope 2.) Pushups/Dips 3.) Some Body Weight squats 4.) Lots of stretching and some core to top it all off

@Eric Tarpall High quality educational videos can have a radically different impact on your understanding if you rewatch them again. But yeah, reruns of T.V. can be a bit dull.

40 minute run today. 30 minutes with shoes, 10 minutes barefoot (on the grass). Barefoot running is great ya'll. Find a place with some dog poo free grass and get steppin

@Paul92 Depends on how much you're relying on your imagination to create fantasies about woman. "I mean, we are not the body. It's just a bunch of particles, isn't it? What's attractive about a bunch of carbon particles and molecules?" ^ Do you see how this can sound deluded? Yes, it's true on one level, but on another level it completely dismisses females.

Ooo i've had my eye on Alpha GPC for a while. I use L Theanine and was thinking about getting Alpha GPC next. What effects are you noticing? Are you stacking?

@Jcent I moved in with my grandpa, who lives alone.. and i would meditate about 3 hours a day, everyday for a 2 months. I had some psychedelic trips in there as well, which deepened things. It was easily the most growth i've ever had in that short period of time. Probably the best time of my life, actually.

@Alex bAlex I reccomend adding nut butters such as peanut butter or almond butter into your post workout shake/smoothie. Or make a meal out of it. I have not ran a marathon, so i don't have any advice on that at the moment.

This resonates with me so much!

@lostmedstudent Moving energy, in my experience, requires development of your nervous system and spine. Basically, you need to work on improving your spinal health. Have you heard of Cobra pose? That's a good one that stretches out the back muscles as well as the spine. Kundalini, which sits at the base of your spine, must become aroused in order to bring it up the spine via Kriya. So, i reccomend you start doing more stretches as well as sit as erect as you can while meditating or doing SDS (Strong Determination Sits) -
@Jcent I'm 21 and taking a semester off of college was great for my spiritual growth. Of course there was often backslides, but the Enlightenment work you can do if you go "all in" is just remarkable. Whatever you do, keep your eyes focused on improving and growing as a person. This forum will not give you the answers you are truly looking for. You must go inward and discover for yourself what the right thing is to do. All we can do is support your decision.

@Roch By making great progress in life, but at the same time focusing on the fact that there is still so much work to do, so that keeps you focused on the next goal. More people need your help More people are waiting for your impact etc.

a few months ago, i was out on a run and a person had put a treadmill outside their house for FREE. So i came back with a truck and picked it up. Point of the story: wait for someone to sell it, or find one for cheap. Mine was $0.

@lostmedstudent i'm not a vegetarian at the moment, but i'm working on it. I do eat eggs and chicken. Make sure you're eating healthy fats. If you have access to avocados, that's a great source right there. Same with walnuts, almonds, pistachios, etc. I like to make a banana shake and add almonds to it. It's very filling and digests well for me

@How to be wise Being pragmatic about spirituality has helped me lately with getting it to "stick".

Running fasted in the morning is a great way to slim up, for anyone who is trying to shed a few lbs. I found this very helpful when i was trying to get rid of that "stubborn belly fat" that men have on their lower belly, in the belly button area. Here's how it goes: 1.) Eat dinner at 6-7pm. 2.) Wake up in the AM, drink a large glass of water to rehydrate, then wait 35 minutes (Depending on how long you need, up to you) 3.) Do your run (5 miles, 7 miles, etc.) 4.) Come back. Light stretching, chill out, wait 10 minutes, hit the shower. 5.) Then make a smoothie
