I know that to describe that would be difficult but i really need a answer on what could be the benefits of Silence ( of the outside and the inside > mind ) : God, Oneness, Peacefulness, Happiness maybe...please name those for me from your personnal experiences .

Well my state of consciouness is really chaotic on those dark times because It's always altering between the ego state and the awakening state but you know... I don't really know what conscious rebuttal means !

Stop making echoes ! I already know that !

So is it simply being on the "ecstasy" of love, joy and Happiness of Being for everything and everybody, every second of your life ?

Well i'd like to experience THAT ! ?

To Awoken the Ying and the Yang is to understand the Tao. When you understand the Tao and you accept it there is no problem, "life becomes a dance, a game, a joyous cosmology"- Alan Watts. But to not judge it has to be the hardest part. Thank You for this reminder. I'll be prepared for the next shitty moment . Life Happens.

But to such a extent of having this State of Consciousness what would happen ?

Mindblowing.

Because if you take Spirituality too seriously there is no way that you can attain enlightement. Why ? Because thoughts and desire happens when you put a resistance on it so, don't take Spirituality and life in general too seriously because as Alan Watts said : "life is a game, plundge into it, move with it, join the dance". And if you do that a big relief will happen so let go, just so thoughts won't happens too much . Calm the ego first then see what's up.

Sensations aren't. This is one of the only things that are "Real".

I know that to kill the ego you have the obligation to meditate but is there's not over things to respect in all day everyday life to release this chronic tension wich contain my story and if you know what everybody should implement tell them. ( Over than philosophys wich really put just more limitations and let you stay where you are ! )

Being, acheiving spirituality, doing what i desire while getting what i like to call "ego" success which is to have great marks at my exams make my parents happy...basicly having all the greatests progression in the world ( even if for one of those cases it's regression ).

@Prabhaker we have family dinner but hey ! I'll try to fast when i'll be older i guess...

It's like thé dark room retreat but for another sensation. I can't try that because my parents would freak out if I do that but i'll see...time will tell
