  1. well there is no doubt that exercising lowers blood pressure, so having a more active lifestyle mixed with healthy foods would really benefit if she not already have that
  2. Great advice on switching to full body exercise, kettlebell is an easy and effective way of getting that full body workout. Be sure you're mastering technique before adding intesity or complexity to your workouts. Be careful on that intermittent fasting, it works wonders for some, but some just get sluggish and no results, try it out for a week and assess if it works for you.
