I don't know about a "camp" per se but it does make me think of meditation retreats. I had some profound mystical experiences on a multi day meditation retreat at the Insight Meditation Society in Massachusetts. I did a 3 day retreat. This is by no means the only meditation retreat center. I'm sure if you did some internet searching you could find others. I also attended many group meditation sessions at the Shambhala Center in Philadelphia. I think finding a community of fellow meditators can have a profound experience on one's practice.
