  1. Make the most of your good fortune then, because at some point your metabolism will be less cooperative.
  2. How much exercise are you doing? I'm guessing you are quite active. If you weren't I think post would have read more along the lines of 'how can I lose weight'.
  3. Works beautifully on holidays. In fact it is part of what makes holidays so enjoyable. However, unless you are studying or work for yourself it is unlikely to be practical.
  4. Some of the best advice I ever received was not to shop hungry, and what doesn't go in your shopping trolley can't magically appear in your pantry. Contrary to some opinions, I don't believe we only eat sugar when our energy levels are low. Are our energy levels really low at parties or at Christmas celebrations? No, we eat all that sweet stuff because we are surrounded by it and because it tastes so darn good.
  5. I think coffee is a tool, and one which when used wisely can be useful to us. The problem I see with it is the dependence people develop for it, and I was an offender like so many others. Up until recently I drank 2 cups of coffee a day - the first at 9.30am and the second at 2.30pm - and my body could almost tell the time by how close to wanting a coffee it felt. To cut a long story short, I recently changed those two coffees to cups of tea and feel better for it.
