  1. I might have watched about a 100 videos give or take. I don't watch his enlightenment videos generally- I'm working on my lifestyle, habits, life purpose etc. I don't have favorite videos, but with each month they get better and better. I also take notes on some of the better ones. Hope it helped!
  2. My question: 'How can we use the videos Leo puts on YouTube and exploit them to the MAX for our own personal lives?' I'm curious and would like to know how to you go about watching his videos and how you learn from them- Do you just listen? Do you do the exercises? Do you write notes? Do you do anything in particular to get as much as possible from the videos? I personally do the following: watch his playlist 'The Foundations of Self-Actualization' (step by step; first master the basics; the foundation is the most important part) if I find a video I think is VERY important, I take detailed notes in a notebook just for these kinds of videos later, I study the notes (extensively)-just like studying for school, except the subject is 'Life & Self-Actualization'
  3. I'm a teenager & live with my parents, so I'm not usually the one who goes to buy the majority of the food. However I can tell you what I eat/drink & don't. What I eat: regular eggs olives fruits & vegetables: oranges, apples, bananas, kiwi, tangerines, peach, cucumber, tomatoes, cabbage, broccoli etc. (not organic though) chicken beef fish nuts, flax seeds oat meal a little bread white & brown rice potatoes, rice, corn etc. milk, cheese, yogurt beer (not often, once every few weeks) honey What i don't eat: any kind of drinks, soda (just water, tea (a little), coffee (very rarely), squeezed/blended fruits & vegs) ketchup, mayo anything fried (potatoes, eggs etc.) I also don't eat things like grilled meat chocolate There are other details too, but this is the general look of it.

I got more & more engaged in this as time went by. I found one of Leo's videos (don't remember which one) by chance & after that I felt something bigger was waiting for me, something I haven't even imagined yet. I started pers. dev. a year or two ago (hard to define) & was focused on imroving my social life & anxiety. I continued onto my physique. Accomplishments: -imroved my body greatly (from skinny to machine) -moderate progress with dating, socializing & friends (no anxiety, but I've hit a platto) -improved my mentality & openmindedness Working on: -one whole year of pushing my comfort zone (Leo's vid- 1 simple rule for acing life) -developping unstoppable confidence, becoming extremely extroverted, dominant & energetic -continuing to develop my body into a lean machine •I expect this year to be amazing & nothing less! I expect this to be a big breakthrough in my journey!
