I'm a teenager & live with my parents, so I'm not usually the one who goes to buy the majority of the food. However I can tell you what I eat/drink & don't.
What I eat:
regular eggs
olives
fruits & vegetables: oranges, apples, bananas, kiwi, tangerines, peach, cucumber, tomatoes, cabbage, broccoli etc. (not organic though)
chicken
beef
fish
nuts, flax seeds
oat meal
a little bread
white & brown rice
potatoes, rice, corn etc.
milk, cheese, yogurt
beer (not often, once every few weeks)
honey
What i don't eat:
any kind of drinks, soda (just water, tea (a little), coffee (very rarely), squeezed/blended fruits & vegs)
ketchup, mayo
anything fried (potatoes, eggs etc.)
I also don't eat things like grilled meat
chocolate
