I don't have too much experience but ayahuasca is suppose to be really fantastic for it, the others seem to have potential as well. While not common on mushrooms per se I belief, I think if you just have it as your intention and ask it, I'm fairly confident it will deliver. It's something to do on my agenda soon so I'll report back. Also people report releasing a lot of negativity after their 5-MeO breakthrough. Ibogaine works as well I think. I found very weed to be helpful in discovering how much fear there is actually still stored in my body. Also there is a bit of a fad nowadays with taking high doses of raw cacao (not cacoa) which supposedly helps open the heart. Never the less, still of course it's possible to all do it yourself simply by directing your awareness within, but I would recommend plants as well.

That would be interesting indeed ^ ^ In fact, I will try probably in a few weeks though I am not going all too high with the dose, but I'll let you know. -

Fun fact, Terrence actually believed doing magic mushrooms a lot, like a few times a week, would get you to sagehood. Said in this fascinating video by the way, where he talks about communicating with the mushroom intelligence: See this video also for context on why he beliefs the mushroom is a galatic being: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nlMRiVGfONUBut I've also heard him not recommend it as he found himself becoming too preachy, literally standing on the soap box, preaching to the masses hehe. Luckily we have youtube for that now : p -
Just keep at the meditation, mindfulness, self-inquiry introspection as much as you can and let it seduce you into the best ever lasting relationship you could ever dream of.

Having a plan is fine, but don't be attached to it, life doesn't work by scripts and you probably will change your mind. I find the more I progress, the more I want to meditate for example, whereas I had trouble doing 1 hour before, I can now easily do 2 hours in a day. That would also be my critique point, of course to each their own, but that seems like very little meditation, might want to try to spike that up. Also strive to practice mindfulness during the day. I would also recommend practicing connecting with the deepest feeling you get that is your guidance system from the higher consciousness, also sudden inspirations are something to really pay attention to. And also pay attention to the synchronicities, which you might find clarity through as well regarding life choices. And the book I would recommend the most is Conversations with God, by Neale Walsch, free to read online. Sorry I'm sounding semi-jehova, but this is the best advice from my view.- 6 replies

I disagree on the psychedelic part. Psychedelics when used with great care, a good intention and (optional, but still often relevant) good guidance can work for pretty much everyone who is serious about psychedelics edit: spirituality. Nature is intelligent and delicate. Agreed on going within to heal the trauma, that's where it comes from, though I do find (healing) the inner child a very appropriate term. We are joyful children at heart.

- Relatively recently discovered - Ridiculously powerful, way too heavy for most people, thus doesn't spread easily - Potential for bad trips if one cannot let go (perhaps not really a factor at high doses) - No fancy things like seeing hyperspace (entities) - Anti magic pill bias ('no drug can really help you significantly on the path to enlightenment')

It's interesting how infinity, being infinite, goes both ways. Not only being able to stretch for ever lasting distances outward but also inward. Meaning there is infinity in every cell of your body right now already, which should means cultivating body awareness might be more profound than often thought.

I can only advice you to simply stay away from the drama you create, and most importantly practice meditation, mindfulness and self-inquiry a lot. Aside from that, just live in the moment, see what life brings, no need to be afraid of anything, do what you need to do to support yourself and aside from that develop your expressive abilities and maybe make a living with that one day, or until an UBI is here.

Yeah. Aside from a deep long depression, delusions first came after an awakening experience of suddenly seeing a lot more, my vision just expanded, which happened a few days after an already intense mushroom trip. This made the 16 year old insecure me feeling like I might be better than others, that I might be the chosen one, which eventually led into fear, where I thought that just rather random things meant serious stuff. Wanting to belief I was enlightened. Deep down I would I knew these things to be untrue, but when you are so caught up in your ego, carrying around a lot of fear, you go tend to (want to go) with it.

It's the dark night of the mind. It might start after an initial awakening experience because you might suddenly become aware of how much negativity you are actually still carrying around and how confined your mind still is. And you don't yet have knowledge/experience/trust that you can progress quickly on the path, in healing yourself, so your whole situation could seem dreadful. You then might be tempted in to trying to give up, so any idea of being victim of some sort of cosmic happening called 'the dark night of the soul' seems very appealing, but it's false, the soul is forever in peace.

How does if affect your everyday meditations as well?
