  1. A choice until it becomes second nature (or more exactly, realizing it's your true nature), just like being conscious. The method is simple, but there is millions of distractions, so it appears to be hard ?
  2. What worked for me was to be constantly present, so to focus my attention on the present moment, until becomes second nature (24/24 7/7). Anxiety is when you think too much of the futur, depression/sadness is when you think too much of the past. Peace is when you are present ? (Present does not mean not thinking, it means being conscious of the present moment)
  3. You practice being conscious until until you cannot be unconscious. It's a 24/24, 7/7 practice.
  4. I'm sorry, but the biggest devil here is Leo still masturbating ?
  5. Fundamentally it is still what Leo says it is, but it's not the only thing that goes into account and can be treated on the surface differently. In the end to stop all addiction he will still need to confront boredom and loneliness, otherwise it's just gonna create an another addiction at some point.
  6. This was a joke, the « ? » was supposed to make it so it was super obvious ? Of course there was a time I was unconscious, pretty much all my life ?
  7. I didn't know Leo could sing ! ? Let your fears go And find your way back home ?
  8. You can also use addictions as a tool to distract yourself from what you know you should do. If you're seriously addict you should consult a pro though, and a group to talk about which is related to the addiction.
  9. You can actually be aware of being asleep. I could do it a year ago, I was aware the whole night of being sleeping. I experienced falling asleep, dreams, deep sleep and waking up, all from one single point of view. Tl;dr : You're just lazy and want to think you're unconscious ?
  10. Hi ? I think what you should do now, is being ok with not knowing what you will do in your life. Being ok with not knowing in general. Of course you want to have a direction in life, but I think that will come naturally once you're at ease with being just as you are right now ? Those feelings of worthlessness and insecurity, thoses are to dealt with now with care, cause they obstruct your capacity to be genuine about your purpose in this life. Once those are no more, it should be way easier to find what you want to do ?
  11. His new videos are the best one as of yet. He's speaking about the most advanced teachings now. Letting go and Self Love are the most important video if you want to live a good life, nothing else will even come close.
  12. When you feel love for someone, it's actually you checking an item in your "I accept to feel love" checklist. There is also the "I don't feel loved when X" and "I can't love when X". No checklist equal full time love
  13. To me, it looks like what you're missing is your connection to the present moment, and just appreciating life for what it is. The fear of missing out, is exactly this, except it's not clear about what it is, and your mind, since the only thing it knows to do is to seek an answer, thinks there is a solution and something to get somewhere. Like you said, it doesn't matter what you're doing, because whatever you're doing you're not really there when you do it, and you can't appreciate something if you're not fully present with it. Since you never seem to find that thing, you always search, but you also know after a moment that whatever you do it's not gonna work. The cycle begins again when there is something new to experience, or when you think you didn't put enough attention to an activity you already did. Does that rings true (take your time to think about it), or am I just saying bullshit ?
  14. Would you say that whatever you do, you feel like you're missing something ? As if there is something you must get, or do, but you can't quite put your finger on it ? Do you often think about the past (what you didn't do), and the future (what you should do) ? If yes, how much does it represent your day (in %) ?
  15. Like everyone says. It's the seeking of happiness that is creating unhappiness. It really sounds cliche but it is true, cause the second you stop seeking to be happy you'll be happy. ?
  16. Hi ☺ Can you give a detailed exemple please ? ?
  17. Pretty sure it's love ? Gogo team love !!! ???
  18. Yeah I think it's basically what I said You could just sit and enjoy reality, and it will be way more amazing It just so happens that we are used to think not doing anything or just relaxing is for lazy person, or friendless person, but the truth is that once you do that, you can't lie to yourself for very long about your true identity. Then you can still play or watch whatever, and you'll enjoy it even more, because you'd be already complete and whole, so the end of it won't be painful. Any other experience is experienced fully for what it is, rather than for what you seek in it to feel complete (which can't be done since you already are complete). That's also when true relationships can happen, before that, there is always an underlying need from it on some level, and now you can just appreciate whatever relationship you have, regardless if it will last or not
  19. Hi Did you watched this video ? What honestly do you think you lack/have ?
  20. Don't spoil yourselves, there will be some major mindfuck with this one https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2397535/
  21. It doesn't matter if life is meaningless, cause you feel blissful helping/contributing with what you love to do regardless (it will be meaningful to you anyway). Think about that, does it matter if something has a meaning if you feel great doing it ? If you need a meaning to enjoy something, it is because you need something to tell you that you are important ?
