When you feel a pain in the chest you literally create a body out of thin air to feel the pain. The pain is also created of course. ?

Beliefs are deeply seated in your mind about those, so it feels real, but the same way as you can let go of Santa Claus, you can let go of those too. You'll just lose your mind in the process ? You're back in duality trying to make sense of non-duality. From the ego perspective it is very threatening and now it will try anything and everything to stay very far away from the Truth, cause it is literally the end of the ego. Like you said, there was zero problem when it was happening, but since the ego is back, it thinks that non-duality is an experience and fears it. If you would become conscious of oneness right now, you would laugh at your post ?

It only sounds crazy when you want life to be real. Once you question fundamental assumptions as we've talked, then you're not so sure anymore ... And if the world is not as real as you thought it was, maybe ... you're not as real as you think you are ? ?

I'm only telling you that whatever is in you direct experience is what is true, everything else you can think of is pure imagination and projection from the human mind. If right now you don't see your hand, it doesn't exist, at best there are sensations, but if you look carefully, you're imagining that those sensations are your hand, in reality there is just sensations. If your best friend or gf/bf isn't near you, he/she doesn't exist, literally, and I insist, LITERALLY.
