  3. At this point, you need to do something radical, like pick up all your money and join a dojo or a monastery, and let the sensei/master teach you how to love life again. All that you're experiencing, even if it's very sad and hard from your perspective, it all can be reversed. You don't need sex or a girlfriend to be happy, so you "just" have to live with that pain, because the depression and how others think of you isn't relevant after a certain level of awareness. Some scientists have done research on monks, and they found out that they experienced 40% less pain than normal people, don't you think it worth the shot ? Don't think we don't know what you're experiencing, most of us had similar traumas and situations, you kind of think you're alone in this, even if consciously you think you know you're not alone. That's how a depression work, you feel that no one can get you, and that nothin can work, BUT IT'S ALL IN THE MIND !

It is cool to have people to talk about these kind of stuff in real life though Anyways, you could search for temple or dojo in your region (google map is your friend). Search on facebook too, maybe there is a group about non-duality/consciousness/nothingness (try every key words) near you live.
  6. Every time you get bored, just meditate. It will be hell for a while, but aren't you already in it ? What you're experiencing is a sort of depression, I had one too (of 7 years), everything you say was how I felt back then. Meditation and walking mindfullness are the keys. You have to increase your awareness or all your actions will always be led by your beliefs, and your beliefs right now are very negatives. Just do as others said before me about meditation (20 minutes minimum), and start with a mantra meditation. Relax, breath and exhale deeply, and after every cycle, tell yourself "I am happy". It may sounds stupid, but after some weeks, you'll notice a change, guaranteed. It WILL be hard, and you will resist a lot at first, but brute force yourself to do it. Even when you're accustomed to it, you'll still have a lots of thoughts popping, but it won't be as disturbing as before, You don't have to limit yourself to 20 minutes, if you can do more, do more, the point is to be so at peace, that all your limiting beliefs will start to fade. You will ask yourself why you thought this way, how it is stupid, and at some point you will not even think these thoughts were stupid, but how all of your past actions was necessary to your present understanding. As for walking mindfullness, it is just a walk (45 minutes minimum), where you focalise your attention on your body sensation, which helps to reduce your thoughts. It is one of the best way to feel alive that you can do, everywhere at any time. It is also very hard not to think about what you see, but with time it will feel amazing. Do it in a forest or in a plain if possible, and don't hesitate to stop and watch something that feels intriguing or beautiful. You can do this in any season, even in winter nature can be beautiful, but I admit it is harder to feel it in this season, probably because of all the cultural references we have about it (death, famine, war etc ...). Just wait till summer, oh boy, it's better than sex After some months of practice, when meditation and walking mindfulness are habits, meaning that you don't force yourself to do them, but you do them intuitively (you may not understand that right now, but you will), come again on the board to ask us what is the next step. You can do a lot of others things to get better, like hiking, watching pets at pets store (I love to do that for some reasons ^^), joining a hobby association, discovering new musics style etc ... But don't bash yourself if you can't do too much things, because you can't change your life in one go, you can only take 2 habits at a time. The point is to do your meditation and your walk, then do others things if you feel you have enough energy to do so. Do the meditation and the walking mindfullness exercice as soon as you can in your day. One more point, if you have to take the metro or the train to get somewhere every day (or often), don't hesitate to just close your eyes and listening to your surroundings. It is a meditation techniques I did for 2 hours every day for 4 months, and after only 2 months, I just didn't give a fuck about what strangers could think of me anymore, and I was in total acceptance of what people are (even if they were jerks). EDIT: READ "THE POWER OF NOW" from Eckhart Tolle (it has been translated into 20+ language ). EDIT 2: I realized that in my country, there is only 3 Dojo (Buddhism Zen), and one of it is only 30km from where I live !
  7. How you feel about your life and the number of good opportunities that arise is in direct correlation about your inner beliefs. If you think you deserve happiness and success, you'll get more of that, and if you think you don't deserve them, well ... Now of course, some people, despite how optimist they are, a series of bad "luck" can still happen, life is impredictable yes.

  12. It will seems silly and very stupid but, I'm playing a game right now, it is like a Zelda game, but with lots of enigma (it is called Ittle Dew). There is a secret dungeon, with the most difficult puzzle in the game. Everytime that I don't know how to do the puzzle, I try many different tricks, If I can't find it within 30 minutes, I let it down, and begin again tomorrow. EVERY TIME I start the game again, I almost instantanously know how to solve the puzzle, or new stages of it. I'll not get into the detail, but, it is how your mind work, everytime you find an obstacle that you don't know how to face, if you give it enough time, you'll ALWAYS find the solution, always, guaranteed, just don't give up ! Fiix a timeframe where you brainstorm about your life purpose, let's say 1 hour every night and 2 when it is your day off. Stick to that, try lots of differents stuff: - Try new hobbies. - Do some values assesments. - Go to conferences (about any field). - Search the web at random subjects and jobs . - Go to some jobs helping center (don't know the expression in english ^^). If you see that you have some motivation issues, find some motivation video on youtube. If you have to, watch one everytime before you schedule, don't be afraid to seems silly in front of you wives/kids, you're doing something that will change your life for god sake ! Now, notes everything you like about these things, and after, I don't know, 3 months, read the list and try to concentrate all the points into 5. There you goes, you just have to seach jobs alongside those qualities and values of yours. It is a matter of time and time only, everyone have a purpose, but few have the motivation and will to find it, mostly because of limiting beliefs, negative social circle/relationship, and simply because they don't know it is a real thing ... The life purpose course of Leo is very very good, the price is silly for what you will get from it. What is 250$ against a life of bliss and fulfillement ? I mean, it's just 3 paycheck if you're on a minimum wage ... There isn't a purpose in the sense that everything that you do will get crushed at some point. In 5000 years, no one will remember you, even if you were a world class genius. Even in we find a way to travel into space and colonized an another earth-like planet, the galaxies and the universe itself will crumble. So even if you were the one guy who saved your race from extinction, it wouldn't matter anyway ... Now, what is a life purpose then ? Simply a task that you love to do, for the sake of doing it. I'm talking about a task that you love so much that you would pay for doing it, that you can do and don't even see time passing (like 8 hours in a row), you also think about it all the time. It really feels like your soul is attracted, you feel an energy inside you, that is so enormous, so vibrant, that you'refeeling the divine inside you, That's called life, live your fucking life !

So unless you're self-actualized as fuck, and still think it's cool and nice to have a relationship, with someone who's also self-actualized as fuck, There is litterally no need to be with someone, friendship are more flexible and more secure BUT, if you never were with a girl (both sexually and in a serious relationship), you need to have at least one nice relationship (of several months), Because if you don't, you'll always have a part of you that's thinking "oh well, maybe a girlfriend is what I need, maybe it will complete me somehow". Don't think because you intellectually know that a relationship isn't needed that you'll really think and act like you truly don't care, it really doesn't work like that ^^

  18. The fact that you really don't want to lose the state, isn't a sign that you're not realized yet ? Maybe you're in a semi-state, I also laugh at my self-created suffering now, like this afternoon when my mind tried to blame my girlfriend for leaving me, I was thinking "lol no, it's not gonna work dude, that's too stupid, let's get back to smile and appreciate the present moment" ^^
  19. My girlfriend just told me that she wants to break up with me. I should be devastated, she was easy to live by, she was funny and cute, and smart and .... well you get it. The truth is that I don't really care, and no, I loved her, in fact I still love her ! Why I am not sad then ? Well, in fact, I cried and I will probably cry more later, I'm feeling also a bit anxious and stressed too. The trick is, that after 6 months of meditation, comptemplation, and walking mindfullness, I come to the point that I don't identify with my emotions anymore ! The emotions comes and goes, but I know that my mind triesto blame me/or her, and I witness that, and therefore, I can't be depressed, and I can't be truly hurt, because I don't identify with the thoughts ! You have to totally accept the emotions that comes, let them come, notice them, but don't listen to your mind, just feel the emotions, that's it. Don't blame yourself or your ex boyfriend/girlfriend, and if you do, just witness that's what you're doing, and don't blame yourself because you noticed you started to blame too ! Be kind to yourself, be compassionnate I can't tell you how long it will take to get over it, but I can tell you that you will cut a good part of your recovery speed if you do that. Now, if you really want to never be bothered again with that kind of pain, or at least feeling it way differently and being able to bypass a good chunk of it, You need to start meditating, daily, daily, DAILY. 200% COMMITMENT. Start with the easy techniques, like these (for at least 2/3 months): - Be sitted with your back straight (you don't need to be in a lotus position). - Close your eyes (or not depending on the techniques). - Put a timer on of 20 minutes, to begin with, then add 5 per months (if you want to). DO IT, this is your entry point to true and lasting happiness
  20. You can cure everything with enough will, but you need a really high consciousness level to be able to use these techniques (you have to be 101% open-minded too). That's how "miracles" works, but these are not miracles at all, it is just you curing yourself from inside out. It is logic that in a time where rationality is the prevalent way of thinking, that these things rarely occurs, because even the most religious person are both rational and dogmatic. Both of these things are hindering yourself from experiencing theses types of healing.

  23. Where did I say that drugs are necessary ? It is not, it just helps destroying your ego faster (from what I understood about 5-meo). It is fine if you don't want to, I don't read this board that often, but I didn't see anyone saying that you should take it, it is just recommanded. Now, if you really don't want to, whatever your reasons is, it's fine, there is nothing wrong with it ! Still, acknowledge that it is one or multiple beliefs that tells you it is wrong, because how could you know, you never tried right ?
  24. Nobody says that you have to promote it, promoting Leo isn't promoting drugs usage. People can choose what material to take or not by themselve, and if they stop watching his content because they think he's a crazy junky, so be it ? That only prove they are too closed-minded for undertaking a self-actualization yet, because without an open-mind, you'll get stuck extremely fast. You can't content everyone, that would be an unauthentic move, and it never works anyway.
