Meditation, self-enquiry, binaural beats, dna activation. Hiking (even small distance), being in a forest/plain even cities. Music, learning an instrument. NoFap, tantra, ejaculation from the spine, full body orgasm. Lucid dreaming, astral projection, psychedelics.   3. I know how you feel, I was the same. Nothing mattered, no one could help me, I wasn't angry like you, but hollow. The sad thing is that I know that nothing we could say to you will be enough, you got to find the will yourself. I wish I could help you, or anyone else, but we can't, no one can. You know, it pains me to read what you say, and I'm sure other people too, because we love you. Your parents loves you too, they are just very confused about it, it sounds crazy I know, but it's the truth.

  6. It's something I experience whenever I'm tired, and like you said, it's not just sleep deprivation, but just being tired. I don't have the science, but it could just be that the barrier of conscious/inconscious is broken when you're tired, therefore everything you've buried comes out.

  10. It will just happen. You'll just see no interest in judging. If you stop judging you stop putting yourself on a pedestal. Will still happen from time to time, the self LOVES to think he's so special, of course it does, otherwise it couldn't continue to exist
  11. It's been a while (almost 2 years) that I wasn't depressed, but right now everything feels dead. It's not like there was negative thoughts, it's total silence, but there is like a total disinterest in anything. Should I just suck it up or is there something that I can do ? Thank you
  12. Everything that makes you emotional, you stop resisting it and accept it.. This acceptance does not mean being a wimp, it means you accept what happens. For example, if someone insult you, you accept it internally, and let go the need to strike back, or to demonize the person. That does not mean you don't say anything, you can still tell that person to stay calm and that you won't tolerate any further shit. The difference is that if you don't accept what is happening, you'll become inconscious and act in a stupid way, or not act at all because of fear. If you do, you can act in a way that is adequate to the situation, without unecessary emotional drama building up in you.

  15. More physical activities ? When I am depressed, what works instantly is going for a run, doing cardio, should work too there to some extent. Especially taking vitaming b, that's extremely important.

  18. Focus on the negative thing you sense in the stomach instead of the thought that creates it. Don't try to escape it. After a few weeks/months you should be ok with whatever you let go like that.
