Is it really necessary to keep looking for the truth when you already feel that you can't be the body or the mind ? Wouldn't it be more practical to ask existential question like: "Have I ever been born ?" "Do I really know what death is ?" "Is "X" my real name ?" "What is a name ?" "Do "X" event really happened ? What are the proof that it happened ?" "Is "X" object/person that I can't see/hear really exist NOW ?" "What is the difference between me and "X" object ?" etc ... Of course you don't seek rational answer, or intellectual answer at all, you just try to feel in your experience what's true.
