I create this post to challenge us. Every Sunday from now we will host a challenge. The challenges will all be about lasting as long as possible for a definite spiritual practice, in a single session, without any distraction whatsoever. There is no specific time on the day where the challenge will be hold, and there is no required time to last either. You just do what you want with the time you have, But the goal is still to push yourself outside of your comfort zone. For the first challenge, I want you to look at your hand (?) as long as you can. That's the trick, that's why so few people actually do it. You have to read between the lines of every religions, spiritual teachers and sages. Lots of sages were actually well known scientists, like Einstein, Da Vinci etc ... Do your research and you will see that all those people are talking about the same thing, just with different words and perspectives. If you don't that and/or don't also have faith that it is actually possible, then you're simply not wise enough (yet).
