2 months is nothing, and you have to dig and feel the emotions that arise when you do it, without interfering, just observing.

It will feel like you are being more and more miserable/lonely when you start your spiritual journey. That's only because you are becoming aware of how much suffering you were unconsciously experiencing. In the end, when all that has been taking care of to a decent degree, you will feel more free and joyful than you could ever dream of Daily

Loving kindness is focusing on love, it's supposed to open your heart chakra at some point, but I must be emotionally retarded because it doesn't work Long meditation is just either focusing on the breath with listening to sounds, or that + feeling everything else in my field of awareness. I don't recommend the later for a beginner because it's not focused enough. Any technique works, because the point of meditation is not really about mastering a technique, it's about being familliar with being aware. So pick the one that suits you, even the watching your breath which is very simple is still very useful later on.

Feedback: The song is too low, record 50% more higher. The gaze is rarely looking at the camera, but I guess that's because you're not used to have a script yet ? It's one of the main thing to correct though (but of course that takes lot of time). Something that is also there because you're not used to recording is that you cut your sentences too much, there is too much blank and things like "hum", but again that's normal if you're not used to recording. Also, sometimes going to an another sentence that is not in the same line of meaning than the previous one, which can confuse a lot some people. You need to give more examples about what you're talking about, it's too abstract for most people to understand otherwise since it touch a subject that is pretty deep. Nice cat, and yes the hair is confusing (My feedback can feel dry and harsh, but that's just how I do them, don't take that into account ).
