  1. Isn't reducing ego means more vulnerability ? Ego seems to be evolutionary mechanism to protect us. Will we survive without it ? Who will keep our interests ? What will prevent us from fall apart and dissolve in the universe ? If reducing the ego but still keeping it is the goal, What is the amount of ego we need and how we mesure it ?
  2. Who are the best people to share the mental work with? Looking around me, nobody interested in my stories about Leo lectures and their deep insights. The average person do not understand what I am talking about. Finding enlighten people who focus on self-work is extremely difficult. But I do feel that finding friends to the process is extremely important. While the relevant community spread all over the world. What might be the best steps to find the relevant? Who do you share you process with?
  3. Hi guys. Now, after a few months of constantly listening to new age practical psychology and learning a lot. I mean all kinds of that stuff like YouTube, books, audio lectures. Now my head is full of concepts, theories, and new beliefs. All of this locked internally and looking for ways to implementation. I fully aware of the 'go and try' rule, and I also had some improvements in my life, I even changed some of my routine to do meditations eat healthier etc. but I wonder what kind of experiences should I summon to myself to implement what I learned and grow? What are better be the next steps? I definitely do not want to continue my current routine as not much happened, while learning new concepts and ideas. But how all of that going to be synchronized? I mean - internal world and external world? Is there a way that all of that will flow together? Thanks in advanced.
  4. Doing spiritual work for several months now, I am experiencing some progress in some areas of my life. However, I also noticed about some regressions. Some of the good knowledge forgotten and the old habits are coming back. I must say it is quite frustrating. It rises questions like: Can I stay with all the good stuff ? Am I in the right direction ? How can I measure development ? Is there a routine to keep progress all the time ? What if I loose my awareness and fall asleep again ?
  5. Sure, it's about micro business (five people the most), usually single man business that started at home with no budget, just site in the internet and a good idea. Some of them succeeded immediately. Some failed and changed a few parameters to succeed. It's about people who do what they love to do and in the way they wanted it to be. The main thing is that they started with almost no budget and no professional plans or knowledge.
  6. I don't sure if the book was recommended in this site, I found it inspiring and fascinating. For me Its mainly about self actualization. Did somebody read it or implemented it already ?
  7. Hi, I thought about creating a Skype meeting (or other technology meeting) of people all over the world that in the process of life learning, to share our progress once in a while face to face via our screens. Somebody interested ?
