  3. @stevegan928 Good and bad don't actually exist, it's a fabrication of the human mind. Why? Good and bad exist when you apply meaning, the problem here is that meaning in itself doesn't exist.

  11. I'm referring to Breath counting, breath following and silent Illumination. I'm currently using the one that recommended for newbies, breath counting.
