  1. ‘Everything’ is just a concept. There is only nothingness. And of course that includes that I don’t exist either. The Work of Byron Katie. I’ve been doing it for a year now, and the results are pouring through much faster than expected.
  2. Yes, I’ve had a semi-permanent awareness for a few weeks that there is no me. But I wasn’t conscious that the whole world is nothing. I was only aware that ‘I’ is just an idea. This is the first time that the outside world collapsed into nothingness. It of course includes me not existing.
  3. @Sharp Well, he is an introvert. He probably feels more comfortable speaking to a camera rather than to a crowd.

  5. Well, naturally you’d want to start off with the biggest problems in your life, but of course you can use it for every single negative feeling you have until you reach paradise. Literally.

@Shin Dude, you watch one piece? So do I. Let’s talk about the episode coming out tomorrow.
  7. Yes, one thing I noticed is that my life flows very smoothly these days. There’s never any bickering or resistance about what to do and how to do it. It’s peaceful and blissful. The amount of negative beliefs I’ve conquered is too many to count. Simply put it, my life has changed dramatically for the better. And, when you work on one fear, you notice a completely unrelated fear gets resolved at the same time.
  8. Actually, in a certain sense you do, because you still exist. You don’t exist as the body, but you exist as pure awareness.
  9. Of course. The ego didn’t exist in the first place. Now you can live in a state of immortality, since I no longer give the same significance to the body and all its ailments.
  10. It’s been a year, and the results have been profound. My ego has disidentified from my body, even though I’ve done no traditional self-inquiry. It just happened out of the blue whilst doing The Work. I suffer a lot less these days, but I’m not finished yet. I’ll see how it goes in another year.
  11. ‘Body’ is just a thought that the mind had. Who would you be without that thought? No-body. Just mind.
  12. And is that true? Is it true that both are the answer?
  13. @SoonHei And is that true?
  14. @SoonHei That assumes that something ‘is’. Is that true?
  15. @Hellspeed I have awakened after just one year of doing The Work of Byron Katie. I’ve also done a lot of shadow work at the same time. Two birds with one stone.
  16. @moon777light Of course Indian style cross-legged position. It helps carry your prana up your spine, even if you’re not doing yoga. (Supposition)
  17. @Nervtine Spiritual practice! Deep meditation and quieting the mind.
  18. @flowboy what kind of qualifications/skills do you need to be a software engineer?
  19. @flowboy do you earn enough to live by yourself, or do you receive financial support from your parents.
  20. @flowboy you pray? Why? also, if you don’t mind me asking, what job do you work as, and how many hours per day? How many days a week?
  21. @flowboy do you actually meditate 3 hrs per day. Amazing!
  22. It’s true that in the end, you should be un-attached from non-attachment, but I would say it is very useful for the seeker to be attached to non-attachment. It provides a clear direction to un-attach yourself from all the bullshit in life (and there’s a lot of it). In the end, you will automatically un-attach yourself from it, but use it whilst seeking.
  23. @dimitri That’s LOC 580. You’re starting to experience phenomena and bliss states. Enjoy them while you can, but make sure you keep your eyeballs on the prize: ego death, the disappearance of the I-thought.
