  1. @BipolarGrowth There is only one being in existence: you. Who then are you praying to?
  2. @spiritual memes Sounds like Rupert spira.
  3. @Vynce Simple. There are thoughts you like, and thoughts you don’t. When you believe thoughts you like, you feel good. When you believe thoughts you don’t like, you don’t feel good. Part of this work is to become aware of thoughts you don’t like and let them go.
  4. That’s literally impossible. If you think there is another to pray to, you’re not enlightened.
  5. Go to 16:55
  6. Most health books I read gave the exact opposite advice. They strictly said to never get food imported from Asia, as they have very poor hygiene regulations.
  7. @Someone here 1. Bluefin tuna is bad because of high levels of PCB’s. Replace it with Pacific albacore tuna. Also, make sure the can doesn’t contain oil, as this sucks out omega 3 from the tuna. It does indeed contain Mercury, so you must decide whether you want it or not. 2. You must eat at least four times per day. You must get your nutrients otherwise there will be health consequences. 3. It is healthy.
  8. @Leo Gura Thank you for changing my life Leo. I would’ve been a very different person if I hadn’t met you.
  9. Leo has Sibo. He can’t eat any carbs. https://www.actualized.org/insights/my-health-situation
  10. @Craigxt22 Definitely they are dangerous. Find a new fragrance. Ditch any product that says perfume or fragrance on the label. Replace with natural products. Your body will thank you.
  11. @Leo Gura Can you explain why the word God is better than Reality or Self.
  12. @Striving for more The point is to spend 7-10 years in full time practice.
  13. Why not use the word Reality instead of God? The word God generates a duality between God and it’s creation. Nobody imagines God existing by itself.
  14. Are you not in Texas? Last I remember, you mentioned that you were moving to Texas.
  15. @Yali Took me five seconds to find this: https://cleanlabelproject.org/blog-post/new-study-of-protein-powders-from-clean-label-project-finds-elevated-levels-of-heavy-metals-and-bpa-in-53-leading-brands/
  16. Most protein powders have very dangerous levels of heavy metals. That’s why they warned about it in their website: “We assure heavy metal safety by having IN.POWER protein third party tested for 9 metals including arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury. Many recent studies testing protein powders have uncovered potentially dangerous levels, exceeding the limits proposed safe by United States Pharmacopeia (USP).(3,4) Daily use can allow these metals to accumulate in the body over time, making it very important to choose a protein, like IN.POWER, that tests for these dangerous toxins.”
  17. @Yali If they tested for heavy metals, we can safely assume they’ve taken it into account. If there were high levels of lead or mercury, they wouldn’t just carry on selling it.
  18. Go down until you see ‘Three reasons in.power is the smart choice’ section. It has been fully tested for heavy metals.
  19. That suffering is the only reason why he’s looking inward. In the comfort he was always in, he had no reason to self-reflect. This is the tragedy of man. People do more to avoid pain than they do to seek pleasure.
  20. That was the purpose of his family leaving him. It didn’t happen ‘by accident’. It was engineered by the soul so that he can evolve himself. That is the purpose of life.
  21. No spiritual teacher ever denied this. In fact, by Leo making a video to teach you, he is taking the right actions.
  22. @Vynce This question is interesting...
  23. Actually, killing hundreds of innocent people is unethical in any century and any place.
  24. @Striving for more Instead of doing a ‘7 day challenge’, start a 15 min practice where you appreciate everything you have. Write it down.
