How to be wise replied to Evoke's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
Practically speaking, you need to make them so. If a woman cheats, you know for a fact that she doesn’t value loyalty and commitment. As soon as she is unhappy in her relationship, instead of communicating with her partner to fix it, she looks for other guys to make her happy. It’s literally impossible to have a long term relationship with such a woman. No guy can keep his girlfriend happy 24/7. We all get busy, get caught up in our life purpose, and the relationship goes through a dry phase where you’re not making the girl happy. If she doesn’t value commitment and loyalty, she’s not going to bother trying to fix the relationship. Instead she will go to night clubs and make out with guys to get the attention she’s missing from you. This is why most relationship coaches say that nightclubs are the worst places to look for a girl to date. It’s full of unloyal and insecure women who are simply looking for attention. Is that really the type of girl you are looking to build a deep relationship with? -

I’ve watched many relationship coaches talk about this. If a woman values loyalty and commitment, and has integrity, she will never cheat. If a woman lacks any of these, she wouldn’t mind fucking guys behind your back. They warn that as soon as you know that a girl has cheated, you must discard her. Women either value loyalty or they don’t. If she made out with you behind her husband’s back, nothing would stop her from doing the same to you when you are in a relationship. You don’t have to ‘game’ them. Simply approach them, talk for a couple of minutes, then ask her out. If she is attracted to you and single, there’s no reason for her to refuse. Women will know whether or not they’re attracted to you as soon as they see you. You don’t have to ‘talk them into attraction’. -

If she made out with you whilst she was married, it says a lot about her integrity, or lack thereof. Wouldn’t it be smarter to go to places where you’re more likely to meet girls with similar values, like a meditation retreat, or a satsang, and try your luck there. You’re far more likely to meet a girl with similar goals/values. People who like the same things tend to like each other. -

@Leo Gura You said previously that you’re looking for a deep relationship. Are you really going to find a girl with similar goals/values as you in a nightclub? -

All of that is false. ‘Bored’ doesn’t exist to God. And, there is no reason why God created reality. He just did. There is no cycle. Stop reading Buddhist texts. -

@Leo Gura Can you tell us about your success rate? How often are you banging girls from nightclubs? -

In other words, you’re not aware of yourself as God. -

@BipolarGrowth There is only one being in existence: you. Who then are you praying to? -

@Vynce Simple. There are thoughts you like, and thoughts you don’t. When you believe thoughts you like, you feel good. When you believe thoughts you don’t like, you don’t feel good. Part of this work is to become aware of thoughts you don’t like and let them go. -

That’s literally impossible. If you think there is another to pray to, you’re not enlightened. -

Most health books I read gave the exact opposite advice. They strictly said to never get food imported from Asia, as they have very poor hygiene regulations.

@Someone here 1. Bluefin tuna is bad because of high levels of PCB’s. Replace it with Pacific albacore tuna. Also, make sure the can doesn’t contain oil, as this sucks out omega 3 from the tuna. It does indeed contain Mercury, so you must decide whether you want it or not. 2. You must eat at least four times per day. You must get your nutrients otherwise there will be health consequences. 3. It is healthy.

@Craigxt22 Definitely they are dangerous. Find a new fragrance. Ditch any product that says perfume or fragrance on the label. Replace with natural products. Your body will thank you.

@Leo Gura Can you explain why the word God is better than Reality or Self.

@Striving for more The point is to spend 7-10 years in full time practice.
