whats the balance between the conflicting 2 points: feeling your negative thoughts?, not supressing them ´feel to heal´´ and on the other hand the law of attraction, as like minded thoughts attract - positive and negative.

Yh like flowboy mentioned above, its about Directing your energy in diferentes places. Having a purpose, or working towards a goal. I know how u feel though its so easy to use stimulants, booze to lift your mood in the moment. Something i struggle with sometimes. But I really value my health and well being, so while ill maybe have a drink or 2 once or twice a month. I think more of the long term effects of the instante gratification. Wish you the Best

This is a great post, i would tend to say more on the external- we didnt get the love we wanted whilst young ect. so now whilst adults try to find that love through outside external sources.

What are your thoughts on lending not huge amounts but like few hundred bucks to Friends/ family members. I know usually people say not to mix money and Friends/ family but i would mostly disagree (depending on the case). This friend i trust completly and they are not working currently due to Life situation, theyve asked me berore and paid back when they said they would. Im not asking for advice per say but more your experiences on It.

Just wanted to say good for you and being aware of your bad habits especially PMO. We all have our bad habits and ego backlash. You mentioned you were exposing yourself to strangers? Hopefully you dont dont do It anymore especially when youre commited to your girlfriend. How often are you sexual with your gf? As you didnt mention It in above post. It takes a lot of integrity and courage to admit youre struggling and wanting to change for the better. Keep at It and good luck

yes i recommend, very practical easy to apply as its a short read. yes its not a complicated book to understand, not too serious like said above. but its a game changer if you can apply the agreements to everything in life. Good book
