  3. Listen up. You can find a girl wherever the f you like. People are everywhere. At the streets to the shops at the night clubs to the supermarket etc etc As long as u have something good to tell and arent rude with anybody,you can acheive anything! Girls just want some action from guys. Do it by the right way.

  11. If you like vegeterianism its ok. I would go for veganism If I were u. Add oat meal in your diet plan ...for breakfast is very nice. Lots of fruits especially morning and evening. At night a nice big bowl of salad I have 4 main meals but this changes through countries to countries and habits. Some people have no breakfast...then snacks and then dinner at night,which is a proper lunch for me. I eat breakfast when i wake up 08:00 to 09:00 Then my lunch at 14:00 Evening 17:00 mostly fruits 20:00 a salad. Pretty simple routine. As for exercise Im a noob

  13. @Alex K yesterday i was very anxious about my blood test results and before i took the results i ate some oat biscuits and dark chocolate. Ok ...its ok..if its rare its good. Once in a while it cant harm you. Btw the results were more than fantastic!!

  15. @SaynotoKlaus underweight is not healthy. Is so unhealthy like a super overweight person. Try to balance all categories of food. Fiber good fats etc

  17. @Leon Bell try to eliminate the amount of ciggaretes at first and foremost. For example my mum use to smoke 5 to 6 ciggaretes a day. Now a tip is to cut down at half. Ex. 6 to 3 10 to 5. Etc etc Cutting down completely will shock your body and mind because its a drug.it has side effects. By the time and effort you will be managing to give up smoking completely.
  18. Water fasting is waste of time. A vegan healthy eating with normal portions and exercising is a good option.

  23. @Natasha people with acne take care of their skin with coconut oil. Its anti inflammatory such as turmeric. I havent tried it on my face. Only instaed of body lotion. And hair mask some times.
  24. I think you can fight guilty emotions by thinking that you are not the reason things are happening around you and you are not the center of the cause. That you cant control things and people and by not blaming you own acts and thoughts because nobody's perfect. We act as we act because we know that this is the right reaction at the moment. This is far away from the emotions of guilt that come next. When you do something you know that its right. Then why you blame yourself after? Its nonsense. Also by not having damaging thoughts and self injuring. Some time we do that. Maybe do something good afterwards so that it can make you feel better. But the thing is to not feel guilty at the first place. Or be aware of what you do every moment. But that's a bit difficult and it takes effort and practice. I dont know If you can control it all the time and not drive you insane or neurotic or anxious. By the way...im not an expert obviously.
  25. I thought that aerobic is about movement and increasing your heart rate more,and anaerobic more like pilates and yoga. ????
