  3. I dont know. Ive tried it before (go raw vegan) for a week or two,but I failed. So it wasnt raw completely,it was cooked food with no oils. But the foods were not tasty at all. I was not having the desire to eat a lot. I was eating a little because the food was ...not so desirable. I would like to just go fully raw vegan for a week or two just to detoxify and see if i can drop off weight. At least a little bit. So for one week or two I want some tips ,what can I eat and when. Because If its fruit all day,I dont know,breakfast lunch dinner and snacks. All fruits and veggies? Maybe I can go with smoothies and salads as you said. I ll try and thanks for your advice.

  18. Hello. I dont know if my answers fulfill your needs. But noone's perfect. In fact,the answers are within you. First of all,you doubt a lot,and this is pretty normal due to your age. Secondly,in your case,I would remove the distractions from my everyday routine, just to have more more time to think about what I want and to discover my needs and desires. You havent found your path maybe because youre not focusing on it. Maybe youre sitting there and hoping if any ideas will come out. I think its not the case. From experiences and deep thoughts,we get to know ourselves. If you dont do inner work, its sure that you cannot find what you want and your life career. Also,your parents are trying to lead you and its getting annoying. But most of the parents want to help. So consider that. Also,just try to not call yourself fat. Popi.
  19. Hello!!!! Im happy for you!! Its a great decision becoming a vegeterian! Im vegan since the 31st of March now,and Im pretty happy for this acheivement of mine. Vegeterianism is still a nice thing to do for the animals and planet. I daily eat a salad mostly kale and tomatoes,but you can try spinach (raw) salad too. I will try it too because spinach has more protein. One thing that has protein is nutrional yeast. You can make vegan mac & cheese, I havent tried it yet because I bought it today. I put it in my beans today foe extra protein. It says in the package,that is low in sodium,low in saturated fat,and high in protein. I m excited for this. You can eat mushrooms too , I eat them 2 to 3 times a week. They re tasty with olive oil and oregano,ofc roasted. But If you can think about it,most of the green veggies have protein so you take the amounts you need If you eat veggies. I like mushroom soup...its tasty. You can make it with real milk if you go vegeterian. I use soy or coconut or almond. I havent tried tofu yet,it has a lot of protein too. Try this if you want. Almonds have a lot of protein too. Its nice to have them as snacks. As you see,many alternatives instead of meat!

  21. The workouts are too difficult and its not freeletics gym,its freeletics bodyweight ,so you cannot be a bodybuilder. What do you mean grounded? Is there any exercise for this purpose?! Also i liked exercise 1 and 2.
  22. I understand. I have fear for elevator/lift because I think that someday I ll be all alone right inside it,and it will stop working. But if im with company im not afraid. But I try to use the elevator alone. Feel your fear. Challenge yourself. I take the elevator (if its 2 floors I choose to go on foot) but I go. You have to face your fears. It is only in your mind. Take deep breaths. When you feel that you are afraid ,try to say that its all a lie. The fear will go away. Because its actually an illusion. Breathe deeply whenever you fear. say to yourself encouraging words.
