    I've learned that a good way to actually feel better is by sending them love instead of hatred. Like ho'oponopono , a great ?. As long as you send these good loving vibes, the feelings u had before turn in a loving environment where everything feels better around you- you actually stop hurting yourself by not hurting others. As long as you love others, love turns back to you.
